Muy buen hotel. El suelo de la piscina estaba muy sucio. No tenía toallas de piscina disponibles. La habitación estaba limpia y bien hecha. El desayuno era decente, no había mucho disponible cuando bajamos a las 9 a. M.

El desayuno no es suficiente. La cantidad de agua de la capa de la habitación es muy pequeña. La habitación también está oscura.

My husband and I stayed here one night after finishing up some business in Kalamazoo. We enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good. I'm not going to complain about what they did or did not offer due to covid -- I've traveled to too many places where there is no breakfast in the morning and you make do on your own. Any offering, to me, is a plus. The only thing about this hotel that I didn't care for: the walls seemed extremely thin -- I could hear the tv in the next room doing its automatic smart device turn-on thing. When someone checked into that room, I don't think the person was being overly loud, but we could hear most of what went on all the same. Even so, it was a pleasant stay.
