Condiciones generales aceptables para el hotel. Supongo que probablemente ha tenido un reciente modelo basado en la apariencia del baño. Sólo un par de gripas. El lector de la tarjeta en la puerta trasera del pequeño parque de estacionamiento se rompió. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Los lugares que visitamos fueron todos un paseo fácil del hotel. El barrio parecía muy escéptico después de la oscuridad. Estaría de nuevo pero compraría la cena antes de llegar al hotel. Tal vez los ****** tienen restaurantes pero estaba con un niño joven.

The Hotel Indigo has a great location in downtown Baton Rouge. It's within walking distance of pretty much everything to do and see, including museums, the convention center, bars/restaurants, and office buildings. While IHG's Hotel Indigo brand is supposed to be an upper-upscale full-service, boutique-inspired brand, the Hotel Indigo in Baton Rouge felt more like a generic Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn. No doorman or bellman. No offer of assistance with luggage. No newspapers. Bar doesn't open until 4pm, which means you can't get a drink until then. There's no all-day F&B nor is there a pantry or gift shop selling non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. So I couldn't even get a bottle of Diet Coke. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner when I stayed because the hotel lost its kitchen staff or staff members. At breakfast, the restaurant was very basic. There's no real table service. The breakfast menu consists of three or four egg options with all orders placed at the counter. No coffee refills and the orange juice is sugary orange juice from a mini-bottle. No oatmeal, no fresh berries and fruit, no yogurt, etc. There were some breakfast pastries at the counter but they looked old.  The atmosphere and food quality at Starbucks or McDonald's is better. The public spaces and guest rooms were very old and tired with extensive wear-and-tear. At the minimum, carpet in the hallways needs replacement as does some of the furniture in guest rooms. There are no USB outlets in the room. Only two or three accessible electrical outlets to charge assorted devices. That's just not acceptable in the year 2022. The clock-radio had iPod/iPhone docking capability ... maybe 10 or 12 years ago. We're talking like an iPhone 3 technology. No water was provided in the room. The mini-fridge and microwave were just haphazardly placed on the floor against a wall. The air conditioning unit was horrible. If you turned it on, the room was freezing even with the temperature set at 68 or 70 degrees. It never seemed to go on auto and stop running. I had to shut it off and sleep in a room that was about 73-74 degrees. I was woken up at several points during the night by what felt like earthquakes. I assume it was the elevator behind my room. Despite requesting a room away from the elevator, I was placed in a room right next to the elevator. The bathroom was dirty. Mold or mildew throughout shower. Old tiles that needed regrouting. Hair on face towels and throughout the floor of the walk-in shower. Everything just looked old and outdated. More like a dorm or locker room bathroom than an upscale boutique hotel brand. No mouthwash or other toiletries in the room. No bathrobe or slippers. The gym was well-equipped but, like everything else, was outdated. The equipment was a couple generations outdated. The general manager was apologetic and compensated me with a significant number of IHG points. While that was gracious of him, the fact remains that the hotel is

Durante una visita para celebrar el hito del Día de los Nacidos de un miembro de la familia, nos alojamos en el Doubletree. La proximidad a la autopista fue excelente justo al lado de la I - 12. Es un poco complicado entrar en la unidad de servicio cuando sales de la autopista, pero una vez que ves tu camino, no hay problema. Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa con Kierstin en el check-in. Ella fue cálida y acogedora, nos dio instrucciones para llegar a nuestra habitación y navegar por el alojamiento del hotel. Los ascensores están limpios y tienen un agradable aroma. Al llegar a la habitación estaba limpia, climatizada y bien iluminada. Las camas eran muy cómodas y había una variedad de almohadas con varios niveles de firmeza. El servicio de habitaciones era sigiloso y nunca tuvimos que pedir nada. Kay y Joey fueron novios ofreciendo excelentes sugerencias para nuestro Brunch del sábado. Nos sentimos cómodos y seguros conduciendo hasta el lugar y estaba muy cerca. Todos los que conocimos en el personal exhibieron un servicio al cliente estelar y agregaron su sabor personal único. Esto resultó en una experiencia maravillosa que no parecía haber sido puesta en escena. Maravillosa ubicación. . . Hay varios restaurantes, servicios personales, cines y tiendas al otro lado de la autopista en Corporate Drive dentro de un radio de 3 a 5 millas. Otro huevo roto tiene un brunch increíble. El salón de uñas a la derecha, a una milla y media de distancia en el camino corporativo, era profesional, limpio y muy económico. Tenemos una visita maravillosa en el DoubleTree by Hilton Baton Rouge y con gusto volveremos a reservar en nuestra próxima visita. .
