Había covid & informado al hotel para modificar otra fecha pero el hotel no está permitido como mi reserva Ctrip.com no reembolsable o modificación. Hotel debería considerar la solicitud de los huéspedes como algo que los huéspedes no deseaban pasar(covid)

Reservado una habitación con vista al mar, pero está parcialmente bloqueada por un edificio y no es una vista al mar .... El hotel está muy bien situado, pero el hotel está muy bien situado.

La ubicación es buena, cerca del mar, y el precio es adecuado. Esta vez es una visita de negocios, elegido la ubicación y la relación costo-eficaz de los apartamentos en el centro de la ciudad durante un medio día. En el resto de la isla de Bali, el vecindario clave es el crucero, y Singapur es muy conveniente.

Tenía jabón y TV de tobillo disponible con canales locales. La marca AC aqua propiedad de sanyo, bastante lento aunque se ha elegido un fan de velocidad completa. Me tomó 1 hora para refrigerarme. Confort de la matrícula y la pijama. Quiero descargar video pero esta aplicación sólo puede descargar foto.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. Well done Harmoni One Hotel !
