CchongyixiongOur family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky.
The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride.
The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special.
Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

QQueeniebelaEren is the best kind of host, warm, caring and always ready to assist you. We had a wonderful 4-day stay at the hotel and waking up every morning looking forward to their legendary breakfast. The hotel is located at the better side of the town in our opinion, away from the most crowded area and convenient to many nice restaurants nearby. We highly recommend it.

第一天到達酒店已經八點多了，也很熱，酒店小胖哥哥哼次哼次幫我朋友把行李搬上了二樓，我看他背都打濕了～
當天晚上我住的103，那個聲呼呼呼，巨大（因為我睡覺輕，對聲音敏感），中國時間凌晨三四點吧，我和攜程客服聯繫，希望第二天能搬到樓上去，攜程半個小時內和酒店溝通並和我聯繫，這個解決問題的速度👍👍👍👍👍👍點贊感恩。
第二天和小哥聊了，是因為風很大，所以吹的呼呼呼的，於是我就沒有搬到二樓。當然，也因為這個第一晚呼呼大風，我們第二天的熱氣球取消了～
中間酒店幫我們安排了車接送去各景點打卡遊玩和協調熱氣球的預訂，非常的非常nice👍老闆也加入了其中，認真、熱誠、真誠的他們讓我們賓至如歸，很有安全感。總之，遇到任何問題，放心，酒店和攜程都在，很安心。
今天我們離開了卡帕，由於航班比較早，酒店還給我們準備了簡餐帶走，非常貼心。
謝謝衞城洞穴酒店的所有人員，相信你們會越來越好，也祝福你們越來越好。哈利路亞。

Lage; Perfekt! - 5Min. von der Altstadt und ”Balıklıgöl” entfernt.
Personal; nicht zu überteffen! - Das Personal übertrifft sich selber an Freundlichkeit und Kundenfreundlichkeit. Das Vertauensverhältnis ist sofort aufgebaut.
Schaut euch nich nach Guides oder ähnliches um.... Das Personal und die Direktion ist bestens informiert und gibt gerne Tips und Tourenvorschläge.

JJanCityWe like Wyndham, Great service, great people, great food, great rooms, great location, great value. This was the best hotel we ever found in Turkey after trying so many, we will come back here again and again and the bath was awesome with white and red wine in the walls. Even the small town was perfect. Still shocking at what an amazing value this hotel offers.

CChelslcwgenerally we had a pleasant stay at this hotel! Our flight landed early and the staff let us check in in the morning so we didn’t need to wait outside. Rooms are pretty clean & nicely decorated. Breakfasts are authentic Turkish food and we enjoyed it a lot 🥰

UUsuario invitadoKapadokyanın en güzel oteli burası olabilir. Merkezdeki keşmekeşten uzak. Geçen sene kaya otellerden birine gitmiştim her yerinden böcek çıkmıştı. Ne gerek var. Kaya içlerini gezin gelin tertemiz bu otelde kalın. %10-20 daha pahalı bir otel evet ama her bir kuruşa değer.
