PPrincess PeaI book this hotel after landing in Manila and discovering the roads were flooded and I was stuck near the airport.  Even with the last-minute booking, my check-in was fast and  smooth. The second I walked into the room. I felt an ease wash over me. I am a pretty light packer, but there was still plenty of room for all of my things where I could easily live out of my suitcase or unpack, and really settle in if I chose. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was a large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean and came with all the amenities anyone would  need.
The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. All types of food and drinks are served or delivered to your room 24/7. The hotel has their own bars and restaurants and a lovely lobby area where you can sit and work or just relax The only thing that comes close to being better then the aesthetic of the hotel is the customer service (it IS a Marriott after all). 
The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer, including a pool, a spa and a gym (none of which I had the time to experience during my short stay). The buffet breakfast was really nice. It has local and international foods for all taste buds. (I highly recommend the guava jam.) the hotel is also connected to a casino and a mall. There are additional restaurants and stores outside of the hotel all in walking distance. 
If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott on purpose…It’s also a WONDERFUL place to be “stuck”.

SShayne BataclanWe had an incredible stay at the Conrad Manila. The location is perfect, right next to the Mall of Asia, making it easy to access dining and entertainment. Our room was a highlight—modern, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The best part, however, was the service. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant team, was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet was a top-notch culinary experience with a huge variety of delicious options. We can't wait to come back and experience the Conrad hospitality again.

Mi estancia reciente en Citadines no fue nada menos que fantástico, y se ha convertido firmemente en una de mis mejores opciones para el alojamiento de Manila.
Prime, Unbeatable Location:
El hotel está situado en una zona de Manila Bay, en la zona de Manila Bay, en la zona de Manila Bay, en la zona de Parqal y en la zona de Ayala, a poca distancia de caminar, ofrece una comida interminable, compras y opciones de entretenimiento. La proximidad al aeropuerto de NAIA también hace las llegadas y salidas increíblemente libres de estrés.
Servicio excelente y servicios pensables:

Me impresionaron especialmente las amenidades pensadas que separaron este hotel:
* Microondas en el cuarto, una característica rara y muy conveniente.
* Agua potable rellena, respetuosa con el medio ambiente y tan práctica.
* Estacionamiento gratuito, un valor añadido significativo para los conductores.
Una nota menor y un veredicto final
Es importante señalar que la piscina no estaba temporalmente disponible durante nuestra estancia. Aunque nos hubiera gustado usarla, no se dedujo de nuestra excelente experiencia general. En realidad, sólo nos da algo para esperar la próxima vez!
No hay duda de que volveré a las visitas que he realizado en el futuro a Filipinas.

XxhangEl hotel es bonito y limpio, muy cerca del aeropuerto. Solo hay unas pocas opciones en el desayuno, no como el hotel Savoy, hay demasiadas opciones de comida. Es realmente rápido, especialmente la velocidad al realizar el check out. En el check-in también es rápido porque solo unas pocas personas reservaron con nosotros😁 la habitación bini*** que nos dieron, podemos ver el aeropuerto y los aviones. En el Savoy, la preciosa habitación de la señora *** sólo da a la piscina 😁

Mmarie lunaI book this hotel as it was near at star city not knowing that i might regret and disappointment it somehow. If you are particular in cleanliness i might suggest book in other hotel. First the bed sheet got yellow stain and hair.
2. The wall got painted falling.
3. Tv was been set up in a Chinese. No netflix ( you need to sign in your own) . Normal tv channel was been not working.
4. The hall way have a smoke smell and some how it go through inside of the room( although there is a humidifier inside of the room you can still smell it.
5. You can hear the noise inside of the room from outside. Seems the wall is a thin like a can. We did not get enough rest as we can hear the noise from the people who use the staire( our room was beside of stair).
6. Bring your own towel. Our room is good for 4 but only 2 towel is available and slippers( if you gonna ask for.extra you need to pay.
7. No fridge, and iron.
8. Our room.was located at 3rd floor and there is a window ( but the window cannot be close. We afraid for our security
9. For food i suggest you to eat outside or order the grab as i see its not find it worth it.
10. Staff is nice and approachable and the guard is helpful to find me a taxi.
11. Upon entering the room and do check the bathroom i notice the tissue roll just 1/4 left . So we buy our own instead cause it seems that its also chargeble.
Over all we did not appreciate and satisfied our stay at the hotel even its just 1 night.
Please take note this is just our opinion as a person who works in hospitality industry and always checking in a 3-5 star hotel.

NnocheesepleaseThe hotel was modern, clean and the location was excellent! The hotel was located near attractions and they provide a shuttle service from the mall to the hotel. If you have a car, they also have free parking for guests.
The rooms had ample space, though the toiletries were basic and the towels looked old. I loved the rooftop pool/bar the view was fantastic and there was a nice breeze.
The service was superb as everyone was professional and kind. Would book again 👍

Que este hotel es sólo para gente rica. Cada vez que paso por este hotel, me digo a mí mismo que es sólo una fortuna alojarse aquí. Nunca imaginé que podría volver a estar aquí.

KKSENIIA ABEIDULINABest choice to stayed at this hotel. It's conveniently located near the airport and the largest shopping mall, the Mall of Aysha. The rooms are small but very comfortable, and most importantly, the hotel has an amazing rooftop. There's a swimming pool and plenty of outdoor chill areas. I always recommend this hotel to my friends!

RRUMAANAHI was very disappointed with this hotel. The first thing I request was a fork and knife to have my lunch the hotel brought me a spoon and fork. The second main concern was that there was no hot water. I contacted the hotel and trip.com they tried to fix the water but unfortunately this was not possible. The AC was ridiculously high that I left my -10 degrees weather back home to get to philliphines to enjoy the summer but was disappointed that I couldn't. When I enquired i heard it was because of the christmas decoration that would melt cause it was done from icing sugar. The hotel manager Aiza tried her best to accommodate us and upgraded our room type. At that time she got the engineer to check the water and it got to Luke warm but the next day the water was cold again. The hotel acts as though they are up to international standards but that's not the case. They don't allow room billing unless you ask and it comes to a shock to everyone what you are asking. The standard of food is terrible 😑 I would highly recommend that you reconsider your options for the price you pay cause it was not worth the price we paid. The hotel did have a good fireworks display for the new year and that's what we enjoyed the most. The staff are all kind, friendly and helpful.
