«Best hotel nearest NAIA for me! Their free airport shuttle was a plus (around 10-min drive with minimal traffic) The only thing is that their warm shower wasn't really warm and their telephone needed maintenance on our end since we couldn't hear them but they could hear us. But overall, such good service at a good price! Thank you for having us. Will definitely return soon 💗»

PPrincess PeaI book this hotel after landing in Manila and discovering the roads were flooded and I was stuck near the airport.  Even with the last-minute booking, my check-in was fast and  smooth. The second I walked into the room. I felt an ease wash over me. I am a pretty light packer, but there was still plenty of room for all of my things where I could easily live out of my suitcase or unpack, and really settle in if I chose. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was a large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean and came with all the amenities anyone would  need.
The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. All types of food and drinks are served or delivered to your room 24/7. The hotel has their own bars and restaurants and a lovely lobby area where you can sit and work or just relax The only thing that comes close to being better then the aesthetic of the hotel is the customer service (it IS a Marriott after all). 
The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer, including a pool, a spa and a gym (none of which I had the time to experience during my short stay). The buffet breakfast was really nice. It has local and international foods for all taste buds. (I highly recommend the guava jam.) the hotel is also connected to a casino and a mall. There are additional restaurants and stores outside of the hotel all in walking distance. 
If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott on purpose…It’s also a WONDERFUL place to be “stuck”.

WWanderLenIf u have a flight at Terminal 3 NAIA, this Hotel at Newport city is okay. Just simple observation; Service at check-in and check-out is bit disappointing, so slow process, it's bit busy but only 2-3 front desk attendants, to think it is weekend. I notice at express lane but no attendant standing there. Service at security and bellmans are okay but standing most service for me are the pool attendant, Mr Bert & Nil, so much knowledge on the hotel service and very attentive to all pool guests, kudos guys! Room attendants in our floor are friendly and giving smile to guests even we saw them tired are well appreciated.
To all other guest coming from other country to book this hotel, prepare Pesos for deposit coz they never accept other currencies in case u will use cash as deposit. Nwei, we'll be back again.

While not an avid TV watcher there was no channels due to a tech Italy issue. Four days later nothing resolved and no acknowledgement for the inconvenience. Ah well.

RRenan Justin GautierThis is a nicely located hotel in Manila Bay. It is about 20 mins drive from Manila Airport via Grab. We did not encounter any traffic jam on Friday afternoon about 5pm as well as on our way to manila airport on Saturday 730am. Check in was ok. Room generally was on compact size so as the bathroom. But everything is as expected from a 3 star hotel. My only complaint would be why not offer shower gel? It is very old fashion to give small soap bar. Hotel rooftop bar has a great view over manila bay (sunset was good) as well as some city centre view. Anyway the main selling point of this hotel is its proximity to the Mall of Asia in Manila Bay. It is a huge modern new mall with hundreds of shop in it. A lot of food options as well as supermarket. The hotel offer a free hourly shuttle service to the mall which is handy for guests. Walking to the mall is about 10mins at most. Overall, this is safe and good hotel to stay in Manila.

UUsuario anónimowe booked and stayed at this hotel just for a resting place before our flight. near NAIA, just enough for a 1 night stay rest, shared bathroom is good, hot water is working, bed is not too shabby but only provided 1 thin bed sheet, our rooms kinda noisy because it's near the highway you can hear all the vehicles commotion outside specially the trucks and buses horns. Have to close the blinds all the time because we can definitely be seen by commuters passing by. They have a cafe, but just don't try the food there not worth it. Better to buy outside

Los baños públicos y las instalaciones de masajes habían desaparecido. El restaurante japonés del primer piso también desapareció. Gané un poco en la ranura ***. Me quedaré de nuevo.

UUsuario anónimoEl lugar es bueno especialmente para vacaciones familiares, hay una piscina, aunque a veces está llena, por eso es necesario programar el tiempo para nadar, y el agua tiene mucho cloro durante la mañana, pero lo mejor es que es gratis. El spa es magnífico, el personal es agradable y el personal del hotel también es agradable. Espacio de estacionamiento limitado, debe estacionar afuera. En general, fue una estadía agradable en este hotel ☺️

KKSENIIA ABEIDULINABest choice to stayed at this hotel. It's conveniently located near the airport and the largest shopping mall, the Mall of Aysha. The rooms are small but very comfortable, and most importantly, the hotel has an amazing rooftop. There's a swimming pool and plenty of outdoor chill areas. I always recommend this hotel to my friends!

RRUMAANAHI was very disappointed with this hotel. The first thing I request was a fork and knife to have my lunch the hotel brought me a spoon and fork. The second main concern was that there was no hot water. I contacted the hotel and trip.com they tried to fix the water but unfortunately this was not possible. The AC was ridiculously high that I left my -10 degrees weather back home to get to philliphines to enjoy the summer but was disappointed that I couldn't. When I enquired i heard it was because of the christmas decoration that would melt cause it was done from icing sugar. The hotel manager Aiza tried her best to accommodate us and upgraded our room type. At that time she got the engineer to check the water and it got to Luke warm but the next day the water was cold again. The hotel acts as though they are up to international standards but that's not the case. They don't allow room billing unless you ask and it comes to a shock to everyone what you are asking. The standard of food is terrible 😑 I would highly recommend that you reconsider your options for the price you pay cause it was not worth the price we paid. The hotel did have a good fireworks display for the new year and that's what we enjoyed the most. The staff are all kind, friendly and helpful.
