They really do have great place, great water spa area, great free buffet area. It really reminds me of the spa experience in Shenzhen. So very convenient if you’re just transiting in Manila, given it is just opposite Terminal 3.

Location was very vague. I thought it was a different hotel from Savoy, turned out it was the same hotel. When we asked around the perimetry nobody knows where MCollection is, except that address is Savoy Bulding. Queu in Savoy (at 11PM) for check in was very looong. They were taking so long to check in due to a lot of paperworks. We were only staying in the hotel for 5hours due to our early morning flight. It was stressful. Also, location is NOT very near NAIA3. It was a bit of a distance walk from runway manila bridge and it was a very dark street.

The exact name and location of the hotel were discovered only after payment was made, resembling a blind box experience. The hotel was situated nearest to Terminal 3, which made it convenient for a short transit night. The staff were found to be nice and helpful. However, significant refurbishment was needed for the property. The bedroom was considered okay, but a musty smell was present throughout the building. In the bathroom, poor drainage caused water to overflow, and the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were unlabeled, making it hard to identify the products. Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short layover, but improvements were certainly needed for longer visits.

We booked a weekend staycation here to unwind, and it exceeded every expectation. The host and every staff member we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. It was the perfect, stress-free weekend break. Highly recommended!

Lo positivo: cerca del aeropuerto y fácil facturación. Lo negativo: sin papel higiénico ni toallas (al final lo solucionaron), el armario olía demasiado mal para colgar la ropa, las almohadas deberían haberlas tirado hace mucho, ¡cucarachas bebés! NO ES SUFICIENTEMENTE BUENO PARA EL PRECIO.

El agua de lavandería no funciona, entraba durante el control con un olor malo que viene de la bañera y el limpiador todavía en ella. 6 de 10 experiencias.

Maganda swimming pool, kaso walang ticket si owner. Nalungkot anak ko may dala pa nman kaming pang swimming nya. D naman din nasabing dpat pala iinform sila ng mas maaga. Yung aircon pala, nakatutok sa leaving area, nasa ilalim ang bed, d ako natulog pawis na pawis ako kahit naka todo na ang aircon, pero yung tao natulog sa sofa bed ginaw na ginaw. Sana maayos yung position ng aircon malamig naman kasi sana kso yun nga ako nakatulog ng aayos. May ilan ilan na maliliit ba ipis sa lamesa, d kasi yan maiwasan dahil sa mga pagkain na naiiwan. Self check-in and check-out, very convenient. Malinis, mabilis lang yung elevator, madaming kasing elevator.
