La zona pequeña es muy segura, la tarjeta de Zhang sube al piso, el cuarto es limpio y limpio, hay mesa, sofá y cocina, también hay Wi-Fi y agua limpia necesaria, el jefe es muy entusiasta y muy amigable para los chinos! ¡Qué bien!

We had a good stay overall. The two beds were comfortable enough for me and my two friends, and we appreciated having an extra pillow and cushion available. The location was also very convenient, especially since it was close to the mall, arena, and SMX convention. A few things could be improved, though. The kitchen faucet needs to be fixed as water continues to flow even when turned off. The bathroom would benefit from an exhaust fan since moisture gets trapped when using hot water. The unit could also use a more thorough cleaning, as we noticed a few small dead cockroaches on the floor and the bed headboards could be cleaner. It would also be nice to have a small foldable table and chairs for guests who want to eat inside, as well as a soap/shampoo rack in the shower.

Es una vergüenza que no tuvimos tiempo para disfrutar de las otras comodidades, pero nuestros amigos dijeron que la piscina era muy bonita. Lo que más me gustaba cuando reservamos durante el verano es el refresco y hielo. Así que si quieres cocinar o hacer preparaciones de comida, esta es una buena elección para un hotel. La ubicación era un poco lejos de caminar de las áreas principales pero es caminable a la arena MOA.

The hotel is good. The staff tries to do their best. Some small disadvantages for me: the light from the window of the bathroom was very bright in the morning. It needs a curtain.The hygienic shower can't be reguled in a lower pressure. It was not comfortable. The guests above were very noisy at 2 am and the sounds were very loud from everywhere. I had two sleep with earplugs. The breakfast has only one choice if meal. It's not a buffet. It would be better one pancake and a little of porridge than two big pancakes. The rest is fine. And yes, the standard room would be not comfortable for two people. It's rather small.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were very approachable, polite, and friendly, including the security guard. The toiletries were also complete. However, my biggest issue was the cigarette smell. As soon as we entered the room, we could already smell cigarette smoke. The front desk informed us that some rooms may have a cigarette odor because smoking appears to be allowed in certain rooms. The smell became less noticeable after a while, but whenever we turned off the air conditioner, it would come back. I also noticed that many Chinese guests were gathered in the waiting area in front of the front desk, where there are couches. They were quite loud while talking sometimes it sounded like they were arguing. 😅 What disappointed me the most was that even the buffet area smelled like cigarette smoke. The food was not particularly impressive, and the cigarette odor made the dining experience even less enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children or for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. It may be difficult for the hotel to address this issue if a large portion of their clientele are smokers. It's a pity because the hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service.

the unit is clean & well presented. beds are big enough to accommodate 4 persons (2×2). have enough eating utensils. there is a food park down the building which is an added convenience. one let down is the swimming pool. my friends planned to take a dip before checking out but pool is not available.

The exact name and location of the hotel were discovered only after payment was made, resembling a blind box experience. The hotel was situated nearest to Terminal 3, which made it convenient for a short transit night. The staff were found to be nice and helpful. However, significant refurbishment was needed for the property. The bedroom was considered okay, but a musty smell was present throughout the building. In the bathroom, poor drainage caused water to overflow, and the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were unlabeled, making it hard to identify the products. Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short layover, but improvements were certainly needed for longer visits.
