Loved the location of this hotel. However, it is now under construction, rooftop and pool was not available..Some front desk officers were not that friendly enough, not friendly face. Hotel smells good. The room was great for its price value. Comfort room needs upgrading. Got the room i requested.

First time staying here. Contacted owner and was informed someone will meet me at the security entrance. Check in was fast. Great location. Comfortable bed. Strong hot shower. Toiletries available. Wifi was strong. Bedroom was small though but the aircon was strong. Aircon in the living room not working and there was no remote. Overall a good stay. Will book again.

The staff were very welcoming and would always greet you whenever you passed by them. The hotel facilities were also amazing, especially the rooftop area. It was super aesthetic and beautifully designed. The room was also very nice and comfortable. I will definitely book here again!

A bit disappointing. We arrived at Shell Residences around 2:40 PM and messaged the admin to ask whether we would be doing a self-check-in at the lobby since no instructions had been provided via WhatsApp. The admin replied that we should wait until 3:00 PM, which was our scheduled check-in time and what we were planning to do anyway. We waited until 3:00 PM and sent a follow-up message since there had been no update from the admin. Around 3:18 PM, we were advised that Ate Mila would assist us. We met her around 3:40 PM and were finally checked in at almost 4:00 PM. Ate Mila was very nice and accommodating—hats off to her! However, when we arrived in the room, we set the air conditioner to 16°C and waited for about 30 minutes, but it was still not cooling properly. The Wi-Fi was also not working. Ate Mila went back and forth trying to fix the issues. She was able to get the air conditioner working around 5:30 PM, but the Wi-Fi was still down. Another staff member arrived around 6:00 PM, and the Wi-Fi was finally fixed around 7:00 PM. This experience made me feel that the stay was not worth it. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, but instead of relaxing at 4:00 PM as planned, we spent several hours dealing with these issues. We had planned to watch movies and play games as soon as we arrived, but those plans were disrupted. On the positive side, we enjoyed the swimming pool, and our check-out went smoothly at around 12:30 PM. I hope the management thoroughly checks the unit before allowing future guests to check in.

Estado aquí para un alojamiento después del concierto. Situado muy conveniente, ya que se encuentra a pie de la puente al cielo cerca de IKEA/MOA Arena. El champú y el condicionador están disponibles en el área de ducha, que se puso en orden como olvidé traer. Preparar para pagar una tasa de limpieza de 200.00 al ingresar, y mucho mejor para contactar al cuidador de unidad un día antes de su reserva para que puedan guardar su número. La Sra. Cathy fue muy amable y me dejó las instrucciones para un check-out sin problemas.

Bueno para familias, ya que tienen más opciones de habitaciones familiares para alojar a familias o grupos más grandes de personas que reservan. Su ubicación es sencilla para todo lo que necesites. 7/11 y Alfamart está a solo un minuto. La comida está en todas partes afuera. Uso gratuito de toalla en la zona de la piscina. Pensando en regresar en cualquier momento, planeamos visitar MOA y tener una estadía completa de 1 noche.

Asiatel has a good location near terminal 3 and has 24 hour front desk service which was desperately needed as we arrived at 2:30 am. There is a lot of construction so don’t even consider walking. A cab is only a $3-$4 It is clean but older and with few amenities: a tiny bar of soap at the bathroom sink, no shampoo, no refrigerator, no hair dryer (though you can borrow one from the front desk). They did have new toothbrushes on the sink. This was our second time to use as a one night late arrival airport. Ask for the back of the building, this time we were on the road side and it was noisy. We like the Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel for food in the morning, or lunch since we got up late.

Cerca del aeropuerto, restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia. La vista desde los pisos superiores es hermosa. Hay lavadora, nevera y utensilios de cocina. Pero no hay secador de pelo. No hay papel higiénico Puede que sea solo mi habitación, pero puedes salir al balcón, pero si sales, estará cerrado con llave y no podrás entrar desde afuera, así que ten cuidado al salir. Se proporcionan zapatos de habitación, albornoces, etc. Creo que este hotel es fácil de usar debido a su hermoso paisaje, la comodidad del aeropuerto y las muchas tiendas cercanas.

El propietario que se alojaba allí también era una persona muy amable y me ayudó con muchas cosas. El personal del vestíbulo también respondió rápidamente y tuve una estancia cómoda por una noche. Me gustaría volver a Filipinas y quedarme allí por más tiempo.
