«Ну начнем с того , что останавливаться в Медине нам не понравилось . В самом реаде было все комфортно , но за пределами тихий ужас . Как говорится не зашла нам старая Медина со своим мусором , вонью и т д .
Реад был чист , кровать очень удобная , пребывание комфортное , завтрак скудный . Был сейф в номере. Менеджеры дружелюбные , встретили , проводили . Утром рано подготовили завтрак на вынос . За кофе в 6 утра огромное спасибо , в самый раз перед выездом . Ещё и проводили (мы спешили и он бежал с нами с сумками до автобуса , который нас ожидал)
Единственный огромный минус был в том , что один из менеджеров организовавший нам тур , отправил нас не туда куда мы хотели , как индивидуальный тур за 200 евро , до сих пор мы в задумках сделано было это специально , или мы друг друга не поняли ( хотя были показаны фото , куда мы хотим поехать ), этот день был испорчен от слова совсем , самая плохая поездка на непонятный водопад за такие деньги .»

UUsuario invitadoMuy bonito hotel, un ambiente tranquilo y limpio, el personal es muy amigable. Alquilar una cena en el jardín me hace sentir inusualmente especial y feliz.
Hasta ahora, Sri Panwa, Phuket, Jumeirah y Maldivas han sido buenos, pero es un hotel igual o superior.

KK DesaiThis is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants.
We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum.
There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great.
The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us
Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals.
Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person
I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever.
We will return

UUsuario invitadoAbsolutely great experience in old style. Beautiful building run by friendly people that were always ready to help. Small but cosy rooms that were kept clean everyday. Very good breakfast! Really was sorry to miss one because of early departure for a trip one day. All staff always smiling, helpful and ready to brighten your day with mint tea (even late in the evening). Very communicative, I enjoyed having some small chat with them everyday. They also have spa and hammam that was nice to try after one particularly wet and cold day. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Nota, no es la dirección real de la riad. Sólo cuando llegué a descubrir que es un paseo de la dirección real indicada en trip.com. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable.
La primera vez que me encontré en el hotel, me dijeron que el conductor llevaría la señal del hotel con mi nombre. He tenido que llamar a la riad para que me diga que el conductor no llevaba la señal correcta, pero otro nombre similar a Riad Dar Massai, y no tenía mi nombre en ella. El signo debe ser claro al huésped por primera vez en Marrakech para mostrar ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + nombre del huésped”.
Por último, el aire acondicionado era grande, pero las mantas eran muy finas. Sé que proporcionaron mantas extras, pero no la utilicé. Así que estoy muy frío en la noche.
Además de los pocos desventajas, es en general un hermoso Riad, realmente me encanta la arquitectura interior, y las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas, las duchas son calientes y agradables.

Navigating through the medina of Marrakesh can be really sketchy after 12PM, as the alleyways are jam-packed. I had an issue figuring out where the Riad was situated, because the map on Trip.com was wrong. Trust Google's information here folks.
A mosque is just on the next street, so you will hear the chanting sounds very close. Other than that, it is free from other bike noise or people. Very quiet during the night, which I found very rare in this city.
I was served with a tea and biscuits upon arrival, and the tea was amazing. So Ismaelle arranged Jamal(because I was going out and coming back in the night) to teach me how to brew the tea how local would do. Great hospitality.
Jamal and Abderrahmane(who works at another venue of this riad) were so friendly and shared some really helpful tips to get around. I am not talking about some ready-to-share knowledge, but they gave some actual tailored concierge-level information. Jamal also offered to give his hand in the morning to move my luggage, as I was in a minor difficulty, and walked with me and my luggage for 40 mins before 7AM.
Breakfast at the rooftop was so nice and a lot better than the other riad I went to.
If you found this riad is available for your travelling time, book it. You will have no regret.

The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service.
They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Thank you Riad Mama! I can’t recommend Riad Mama enough this is hospitality at its finest. The rooftop view facing Koutoubia mosque.

UUsuario invitadoGreat resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away.
Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room.
The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.
