KK DesaiThis is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants.
We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum.
There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great.
The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us
Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals.
Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person
I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever.

UUsuario invitado非常值得的酒店，可以説是整個摩洛哥之行的高光時刻，每個房間都是一個獨立的Riad 庭院，服務親切但不過分熱情，除了餐食一般，環境可以説是無可挑剔。馬拉喀什其實整體都比較臟亂差，酒店內和酒店外可以説是兩個世界，如果下次再來馬拉喀什，仍舊考慮住在這裏！

Nota, no es la dirección real de la riad. Sólo cuando llegué a descubrir que es un paseo de la dirección real indicada en trip.com. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable.
La primera vez que me encontré en el hotel, me dijeron que el conductor llevaría la señal del hotel con mi nombre. He tenido que llamar a la riad para que me diga que el conductor no llevaba la señal correcta, pero otro nombre similar a Riad Dar Massai, y no tenía mi nombre en ella. El signo debe ser claro al huésped por primera vez en Marrakech para mostrar ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + nombre del huésped”.
Por último, el aire acondicionado era grande, pero las mantas eran muy finas. Sé que proporcionaron mantas extras, pero no la utilicé. Así que estoy muy frío en la noche.
Además de los pocos desventajas, es en general un hermoso Riad, realmente me encanta la arquitectura interior, y las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas, las duchas son calientes y agradables.

UUsuario invitadoAbsolutely great experience in old style. Beautiful building run by friendly people that were always ready to help. Small but cosy rooms that were kept clean everyday. Very good breakfast! Really was sorry to miss one because of early departure for a trip one day. All staff always smiling, helpful and ready to brighten your day with mint tea (even late in the evening). Very communicative, I enjoyed having some small chat with them everyday. They also have spa and hammam that was nice to try after one particularly wet and cold day. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Desde el principio, reservé unos días en este magnífico hotel (donde me he alojado varias veces), especificando que era para una pareja de recién casados y su luna de miel, y nunca imaginé que cuidarían tan bien de esta ocasión tan especial. El esfuerzo del hotel por personalizar su estancia superó mis expectativas, y todo estuvo perfectamente orquestado para que mis seres queridos vivieran una experiencia verdaderamente mágica.
Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo por su profesionalidad y atención, y un agradecimiento muy especial a Soukaina, cuya amabilidad, atención y dedicación conmovieron profundamente a mi prima. Su disponibilidad y sonrisa marcaron la diferencia, haciendo que su experiencia fuera aún más memorable.

Rromeogolf93My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Thankyou, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away.
Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

YYIJIAEl día del check-in, llegué muy tarde y dije que quería una habitación tranquila, así que me enviaron al rincón más recóndito. Cuando entré por la puerta, las cortinas no estaban apretadas y sentí que era aún peor. Pedí un cambio de habitación. Afortunadamente, cambiar la habitación fue bastante rápido, pero la habitación de la planta baja se cambió porque había un bloque en el balcón del segundo piso, por lo que la iluminación no era buena en absoluto. Las tres comidas que tomé no tuvieron un día porque el desayuno terminaba a las 10 en punto. El almuerzo y la cena fueron similares y no hubo nada para comer. No vi ningún marisco excepto pescado a la parrilla. Las fotos eran engañosas. Hay bastantes lugares para jugar, pero el agua en otra piscina con tobogán está fría, por lo que solo se puede mostrar.

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room.
The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.
