El actuante gerente general Mamdouh es el hotelero perfecto y consumido, siempre presentes comprobando todo no parado, para asegurar que la experiencia de los huéspedes no es menos que 5-stars. Jalal de su F&B nos sorprendió con una gran cantidad de torta de limonada para volver a Londres que no estaba disponible en dos desayunos que nos perdíamos después de nuestro primer desayuno. El Habib es un impresionante servidor que está dispuesto a darle al menos tres deseos con su lámpara mágica! Khalid el Manejo de Duty también pregunta no parada cómo pueden mejorar un servicio que ya es por excelencia. El personal de la sala de estar en el centro de fitness limpiando cada máquina con cuatro pulverizadores que no dejan ni polvo ni germen. Toda la equipo está muy bien entrenado y profesional y muy comprometido en su deseo de superar sus expectativas. La sincronización de sus esfuerzos, de la manera más natural y sincera, siempre con grandes sonrisas, traduce en nada menos que una experiencia realmente memorable. ¡Gracias a todos! ¡Shukran! Si quieres que “palácio en medio de la experiencia de oasis” en Marrakech, no lo conseguirás mejor que en el Oberoi!

lujoso. Las habitaciones son grandes con una gran terraza y piscina privada con vistas a la plaza de abajo. muy silencioso. El desayuno era bueno, servicio de cinco estrellas, muy íntimo. La decoración es de muy buen gusto. Lo único malo es que el olor a humo de aceite en la cocina de la planta baja se trasladará a la habitación, lo que tiene algunos efectos.

1. На завтраках не убирают посуду использованную. 2. Не заменяют использованные наборы (зубные и для бритья) 3. Нет своего фирменного авто. Приезжают по вызову такси эконом класса. 4. В СПА перепутали все массажи, но сам СПА хороший.

So happy that we booked this riad.. Its newly renovated... we got the room fronting the pool.. Car cannot enter inside the medina but one of the staff came and met us at the entrance and help us with our luggage.. The owner was accommodating, he told us to feel at home and offered a free pancake.. he also showed us one of his special room with a stunning hand crafted ceiling.. Pictures shows how amazing the riad is, definitely recommend.. Location wise it okay its only few steps to the souks.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel im traditionellen Stil und marokkanischen Design mit wundervollem Garten und tollen Pools (insbesondere der Warmwasserpool!). Aber natürlich ist das Tigmiza kein modernes Luxushotel, …es wirkt alles etwas staubig und muffig. Vor allem der Fitness „Raum“ war echt kein Highlight: ein Laufband, ein Stepper, ein Basic Hometrainer-Bike. Die Isomatten und Hanteln staubbedeckt-klebrig und ohne Handtücher kaum benutzbar. Dennoch haben wir den Aufenthalt gut genießen können, denn wir hatten uns von vornherein darauf eingestellt - und Marrakech beinhaltet traditionell nun mal Staub! Daraus ergibt sich vielleicht der besondere Flair. Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und bemüht, das Frühstück lecker und vielseitig! Wer also das traditionelle Ambiente liebt und etwas Staub und old-fashioned Style toleriert, der kann im Tigmiza eine gute Zeit haben!

My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Thankyou, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Este hotel es hermoso y el servicio inviolable al desayuno. Son tu pequeño cuidado incluso en la recepción. El servicio doméstico es muy sonriente toda la equipo también en el hotel. Usted tiene un hermoso spa con diferentes, jet d’eau. Recomiendo que vengan este día en este hotel que tienes junto al casino y puedes cenar con un espectáculo muy bonito y una caja de noche gratis

I actually did not stay in this Riad. I booked this Riad via trip.com for 3 nights and paid upfront. But when we reached there, person over there said there is no booking. They even said they don’t know what trip.com is. Even phone number on trip.com and even google is not right. When I saw that number to person over there, he didn’t recognise number. Owner of Riad finally talked to trip.com and told me that he will give us accommodation on different Riad for one night and somewhere else for another two night. First accommodation was good but second one for two nights was extremely small and not up to mark.  Now I don’t know who was on fault here whether this Riad who purposefully overbooked and then accommodated me on different cheap Riad OR trip.com who didn’t confirm booking with them.  Our holiday was completely ruined.

El desayuno es rico, el pan es delicioso, hay pasteles de huevo y la habitación es grande y limpia. Relativamente cerca del lugar pintoresco. No hay agua potable, muy pocos enchufes. La cama grande se ha convertido en una habitación estándar para mí, pero al jefe no le importó, pero aun así me engañó.
