UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is overpriced in comparison to other riads in the same location. It is nice but nothing special. As others, it’s located in a narrow side street where you will not find it easily at first. I recommend to take a hotel taxi because otherwise you will have to rely on local people who will take more money for showing the way than you pay to get there from the AirPort. The room is ok but i had a nicer one nearby for half the price. We had a flight at 11am and they said they will not offer breakfast before it starts at 8.30 - very late for a hotel so we just had a juice and cake, again overpriced when you think breakfast was supposed to be included. The hotel was clean but on the floor i could feel dust or sand. The service was average. In general i wouldnt stay in the same riad again for sure.

UUsuario invitadoStaying at Riad Dada Messouda & Spa was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel incredibly welcome almost like being part of a family. Everyone was so warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. One staff member, in particular, felt like a friend from home so caring and attentive.
Even when we had to leave early at 7:00 AM for a tour, they kindly prepared breakfast just for us. I also asked for help a few times, like cutting a honeydew melon, and they always went the extra mile with a smile. You can really feel that they put heart into everything they do.
The riad itself is stunning full of Moroccan charm and beautiful traditional design. The room and all the common areas were very clean, tidy, and well maintained. Everything felt fresh, peaceful, and comfortable.
I chose this place because I wanted to experience something truly local and authentic, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a hotel it feels like home.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakesh!!!

Nota, no es la dirección real de la riad. Sólo cuando llegué a descubrir que es un paseo de la dirección real indicada en trip.com. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable.
La primera vez que me encontré en el hotel, me dijeron que el conductor llevaría la señal del hotel con mi nombre. He tenido que llamar a la riad para que me diga que el conductor no llevaba la señal correcta, pero otro nombre similar a Riad Dar Massai, y no tenía mi nombre en ella. El signo debe ser claro al huésped por primera vez en Marrakech para mostrar ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + nombre del huésped”.
Por último, el aire acondicionado era grande, pero las mantas eran muy finas. Sé que proporcionaron mantas extras, pero no la utilicé. Así que estoy muy frío en la noche.
Además de los pocos desventajas, es en general un hermoso Riad, realmente me encanta la arquitectura interior, y las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas, las duchas son calientes y agradables.

UUsuario invitadoThis was the best hotel/Riad (7 in total) we stayed at during our trip. The location was perfect - in a busy and lively area of the old city, but not too difficult to find if your driver drops you off by the correct entrance.
We were greeted warmly by the manager and her team, who made sure that we had everything that was needed to make our stay special. The Riad is beautiful and cozy with seating in small little coves here and there. Our room was beautifully decorated - simple, but stylish and super clean.
We were always greeted with smiles that were genuine and not forced, and felt that the team here really enjoyed their jobs and took pride in showing the best that Marrakesh has to offer.
We had a spectacular breakfast on the roof terrace. It was more than the simple Moroccan breakfast and we really appreciated the efforts they made to keep everyone warm with blankets.
This Riad will now be placed on our “highly recommend and must return to” list.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and amazing hospitality.

AAnjLamCorpuzLocation: very near to the centre and other tourist spots. The area is well guarded as it next to the Royal Palais (which apparently where the royal family resides, you will find guards every corner, and they were all polite. On our first night we were scared at first as we thought the place looks dodgy but it changes quickly as there area is quite popular to other tourist and quite large number of riads could be find in the area.
Breakfast: they served us bread, pancake, honey, cheese traingles, orange juice and coffee -generous amount of milk. They were also kind to provide us moroccan tea in the afternoon but you have to ask (whenask about the fee they say it's on the house)
Massage: they offered very cheap massages comapre to other spa house, the massage lady was very sweet and friendly.
They also offer cheap laundry but my husband lost one pair of his sock.
They also serve other things like dinner (but we opted to eat outside) and ammenities. The only thing that we had a problem with is the bathroom because it does not drain quickly so we have to wait till it drained till the next person can do shower. Overall the riad is a good place, noting about their extra ammenities, friendly staff and its price.

LLourdFrom the moment I arrived at this riad, I knew I was in for something special. The service was absolutely top-notch – the staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with a smile. Whether it was offering local recommendations, or simply providing a warm welcome.
The riad itself was a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. Impeccably clean, with every corner well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated. The attention to detail in the rooms was amazing, and it was clear that cleanliness was a priority. The bed was incredibly comfortable and shared areas were absolutely aesthetic..
The breakfast served on the rooftop was delicious and fresh. It was the perfect way to start the day.

UUsuario invitadoWe enjoyed the Riad, the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. We loved our jacuzzi found in the Marrakech Suite Royale room. The bed was nice and soft, didn’t hurt our backs at all. Could really had more naps 😁
We booked lunch at the Riad after a tour, the tagines were really nice. They don’t taste the same which was good. We’ve tried many mint teas, so far, I liked the riad’s mint tea the most! Keep the good quality up! 😊
The neighborhood where the Riad is, not as clean as the hotel, but the Riad is beautiful and had nice views, pool and is really serene.
We like walking. Walking during the day and night was good exercise after eating street foods from the square. The motorcycles are everywhere but after a day, we got used to it. Nice to see and stayed in a big soul where all the sights and smell come together. Night is very lively in Marrakech! Beautiful place especially at night.

MMieverOverall, this was a nice place to stay.
The host was very friendly and welcoming, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. The breakfast was also very good, fresh and enjoyable, which was a great start to the day. The riad itself was comfortable and pleasant.
One important thing to note is that there is another address very similar to this one. Late at night (around 2–3 a.m.), our taxi took us to the wrong location, which caused quite a bit of trouble and stress. Eventually we managed to find the correct place, but it was quite exhausting after a long day.
I would still recommend this riad, but strongly suggest double-checking the exact address or sharing the precise location with your driver in advance, especially if arriving late at night.

AAlbertoDespite it being difficult to find for Marrakech newcomers (we needed some help from very welcoming and helpful local kids), the Riad Is a wonderful go-back to the past glory of Medina.
A great smile welcomed us with the warmth of a lovely family member and after we settled in the room, we were served with local tea and pastries.
We felt immediately at home.
It's in the center of Medina, but the view from the terrace has a park.
Freshly made breakfast was served in the morning together with delicious coffee and abounding tea.
We know it already is going to be out choice for the next time.
Living Marrakech the Morocco's way is much more than simply visiting Medina.
It's all about where you spend the night!
