UUsuario invitadoSu objetivo era un lujo de fin de semana corto antes de que comience mi trabajo, ya que mi compañero no puede tomar un largo permiso.
La habitación doble deluxe es una gran decepción.Understablemente es una ubicación muy premium y otros huéspedes probablemente pagan mucho más. Sin embargo, no me gustaría pagar más de 300 libras para conseguir una habitación que se siente como una habitación de un antiguo servidor. El piso está situado en el cuarto de extensión del techo con vistas principalmente bloqueadas, y hace el ruido típico de la vieja madera de craqueo mientras caminamos. El vidrio en la parte superior de la mesa y el escritorio no está bien equipado.
Otra cosa es que, sin ningún aviso previo, el spa cerró el mantenimiento de los enemigos de la mañana que dejamos.

UUsuario invitadoWe had an amazing stay at The Bailbrook House Hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We ate in the restaurant on both evenings and all the food was excellent.
We had a small issue at breakfast as were quite late coming in for it and some of the fruit had gone, however having said that the poached egg and avocado on sourdough I had was to die for, and was delicious, and the full english was very good too. All in all it was all very enjoyable stay and would definitely return, and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

JJonesRickyI would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......

UUsuario invitadoIt was a very special reunion for a group of nurses celebrating 50 years since we started our course in May 1975. In those days this hotel was a nurse's home and we all lived here for around 18 months. We had booked lunch,the food was lovely and the service was amazing. We so enjoyed our stay, 5 of us stayed for one or two nights. So beautiful and peaceful, couldn't have been better. Benice organised things for us, highly recommend her if you are booking an event.

缺點：其實所謂的Spa只是一個熱水池，沒有香味，也沒有什麼特別，不要期望太高。另外，我所訂的是。deluxe room，應該是最便宜的房間，結果，我被編配到一間傷殘人士專用的無障礙房間，廁所和浴室做不到乾濕分離，沒有浴缸，洗澡後整個廁所的地下都充滿水，而且廁所的牆身有霉菌和生鏽的痕跡，在要求了兩次後終於能夠轉換房間，但對於這個體驗，我真心是感到不滿意，如果用接近$2000港幣去居住一個五星級的酒店，我認為這間酒店的性價比不高。最初跟酒店職員要求更換房間，他說所有房間已經全滿，他聲稱能夠以優惠價100英鎊給我升級至套房，在視察環境後，我認為根本不值得，他只出原本進行升級應該是要給450英鎊才能夠進行升級，所以已經給我提供了解決方案。在我洗澡後，廁所的地下真的是完全充滿了水，而且我亦邀請他們親自來觀看牆身的無菌和花灑支架的生鏽痕跡，最終他們才給我成功轉換房間，他們說是有訪客沒有出現和確認不會來臨才會有房間，但他們這個處理我是感到不理想的。

I booked this hotel in Bath through trip.com. I took advantage of two promotions on the platform: a £5.99 railcard purchase and £5 off train tickets, both requiring booking a European hotel within 26 days through trip.com. Considering that the official website’s prices were quite similar, I went with the trip.com booking. I reserved a cozy room for 1 adult without breakfast for £113. Money-saving tip: I used TopCashback to access trip.com, earning $7.67 cashback for this booking. After I checked out, trip.com triggered an immediate discount of £10.46, which I applied to my next train ticket purchase.

This hotel falls under the Marriott Tribute Portfolio, embracing a boutique hotel approach. The entire establishment dates back to 1739, boasting a historic exterior. It’s conveniently situated just about 3 minutes’ walk from the Roman Baths and across from Sally Lunn’s. With my Marriott Platinum Card, even with a third-party reservation, the hotel upgraded us to a larger ground floor room facing the street after matching our account, but it’s not advisable due to potential noise. They also offered complimentary à la carte breakfast. Breakfast slots had to be reserved during check-in, and we chose a table at 10 AM. The breakfast was abundant, and the restaurant had a charming and lovely atmosphere. The experience was excellent (the best things are free!). Unfortunately, I don’t have space for more photos, but I’ll post one of the restaurant later.
The room was quite small, designed in a modern British style, with a movie-themed decor according to the posters on the wall. All the amenities were provided, with local brand toiletries available for purchase at the front desk for £25 for two bottles. They were decent, but nothing extraordinary to consider bringing back home. The minibar had coffee, various teas, semi-skimmed milk packets, and biscuits. The bottled still water was in an aesthetically pleasing canned form.
🌟 There’s an Elemis sleep kit on the bedside: temple balm/sleep mist/eye cream, placed over a hotel postcard, looking quite exquisite.
The bed was very comfortable.
❌ However, there were a few drawbacks to this place… a bit unnerving… I’m not sure if I just had bad luck. The hotel corridors were somewhat confusing, and I accidentally opened the wrong room door once using my own room card. Strangely, the next day around ten o’clock, while I was in the bathroom and my son was on the bed, despite securing the latch on our door, someone managed to open it slightly, presumably seeing my son on the bed, and then closed the door. Perhaps it was a housekeeping staff member wanting to clean the room? Regardless, it felt quite odd… a little unsettling, to be honest

The hotel itself was ok, a little bit outdated. I found the breakfast was quite expensive, although all you can eat cooked breakfast, not sure it was worth £50 for 2 mornings.

LLiam and JennyAttended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful.
We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest.
The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss.
One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go.
Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109.

UUsuario invitadoPositive - excellent receptionist (Vipin) and without his help I would probably have check out early. Has parking. Reasonable location and access to the central Bath. Has a electric kettle and a package of cookies.
No tan positivos - En la necesidad de desesperadamente mejora, creciendo pisos, lavado fuera del baño. No es para los viajeros relacionados con el trabajo, ya que no puedes usar un hierro sin desmontar el interruptor principal del edificio y una vez que esto ocurra no hay recepción activa 24 horas. El monitor de ordenador pequeño se utiliza como un televisor de cambio que tienes que sacar de un armario. No hay agua potable en la habitación. Valor por dinero no hay tantos mejores lugares disponibles al mismo precio o menor.
