«1. 關於位置與交通：酒店位置很方便，距離天下第一灘銀灘，很近，出行或者吃飯都很便捷。周邊環境也很安靜，沒有噪音困擾。
2. 關於服務：從辦理入住開始，老闆就非常熱情周到，還貼心地提醒了Wi-Fi密碼，注意事項，還給了各種攻略。需要各種服務的時候響應速度也很快，態度始終很好。
3. 關於房間與衞生：房間比預想中寬敞，佈置温馨。最滿意的是衞生情況——床單很乾凈，毛巾也都是一次性的，每天會補充。衞生間也沒有異味，住着很安心。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭也很舒服，一覺睡到天亮。
4. 關於設施：淋浴出水快，水温穩定。Wi-Fi網速流暢，每個房間都配套了空調。廚房也冰箱，用來冰鎮的啤酒特別不錯。最讓我滿意的是一個吊椅，坐在陽台上搖搖晃晃，吹吹海風，喝個啤酒，特別爽。»

UUsuario invitadoMe and the wife had a 4day break. The hotel location was what we call in the UK, right on the promanard. Right in the middle of Silver Beach. Amenities were ok, just tripped up a couple small things. Not a deal breaker. Hotel clean, services were adequate for short breaks. Nice pool for the kids. Beihai in general not good in very hot weather, not many places with air con.

UUsuario invitado設施：應有盡有！院子裏有泳池，水質也非常乾淨，換水也特別勤，選擇房間裏有浴缸出去玩了，晚上回來泡一個澡特別舒服！最喜歡的是餐廳！裝修特別好看，沙發也很舒服！平時買點吃的就可以在餐廳裡邊吃邊看電視！
衞生：非常整潔！完全大大滴放心！
環境：一進院子裏真的感覺像到摩洛哥了！我感覺老闆裝修得特別用心，包括到每一塊瓷磚！完全不是那種隨便一個房子改造成的民宿！真的滿滿摩洛哥風格！太喜歡了！包括房間裏的每一個陳設擺件都可以看得出老闆的用心，特別特別好看！島上住在這樣一個小院子裏，真的太舒服了！
服務：老闆和老闆娘都超級熱情！！要是滿分10分我給11分！首先從碼頭接送服務開始，老闆會提前問好你上下船的時間（我自己都忘了去問，老闆自己來問我，太感動了！）然後還會專門租車過來接送，感覺比那種觀光車好一百倍，因為島上很熱在車裡可以吹空調！行李也是老闆一直主動幫忙提！下船後有點暈船，老闆還很貼心的主動給我們弄了檸檬水，喝完之後整個人都舒服多了！我們一共住了三天，我感覺老闆對我們完全就是有應必回！需要的東西衹要有的話都會給我們提供，還會很貼心給我們介紹推薦景點和餐廳！真的特別特別好！第一天晚上特別餓，在餐廳點了一碗麪特別好吃，還是雙蛋！最後一天的時候請老闆幫忙加工了海鮮，我感覺做得比外面的餐廳還要用心，感覺還有精緻擺盤呦！而且味道絕對不輸外面餐廳，太好吃了！我們就是一整個光盤行動！！總之！在這個小院住的每一刻都特別幸福，特別開心，希望下次來到還可以住到這裏！！（有一種回家的歸屬感）

AA.Z..The service attitude was good, but the hotel facilities are quite old and of poor quality. Cleanliness was unsatisfactory, especially the bathroom, where there was a strong unpleasant odor. At first glance, the hotel looks acceptable, but the details do not hold up under closer inspection. Overall, it was not a very pleasant stay.

Todo el hotel tiene un poco de sensación de recién nacido europeo, el entorno es bueno, bueno para salir! La familia también es buena! También puede enviar el puerto ⛵️ Muy bueno, ✅ y también nos ayuda a enviar el equipaje a la habitación 🏝️

UUsuario invitadoEs una viaje muy bonita, más allá de lo que esperaba. El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación es limpia y limpia y es amplia. Cuando vino, también es especial para la estación de alta velocidad para recogernos. El hermano pequeño también nos ayudó a llevarnos el equipaje. El viaje es muy intimido. Puedes actualizar el tipo de habitación gratis. Me planeaba cambiar el hotel el día siguiente, Pero debido a la gran experiencia, vivimos tres días más, el entorno de desayuno también es muy bueno, también delicioso, el servicio también es bueno, el bebé es muy feliz, es una experiencia realmente buena, espero que todos puedan venir aquí para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

UUsuario anónimoThe hotel is beautiful and the room (with balcony) was lovely. The grounds are great and it has direct access to the beach. It was off-season so the restaurant/room service options seemed pretty limited, but you can get anything you want delivered easily.  A thing to note is no one was able to converse in English, completely understandable, just something to be aware of for foreign guests - although everyone did try to say hello, goodbye, etc., in English, which was very thoughtful.  There’s also no Spa, which was a bit disappointing for the quality of the hotel, but the gym was great.  A special thanks to housekeeping who always made sure to tidy the room each day even if I didn’t leave it till late. They always made sure to pop in and freshen everything when I did go out. It’s an ideal hotel for families with children, less so for solo or friends, but still lovely.

UUsuario invitadoEl servicio fue excelente. Nos organizaron el traslado de ida y vuelta a la isla, y nos avisaron con antelación. El dueño incluso nos contactó antes para recomendarnos lugares interesantes y darnos consejos de viaje; ¡qué detalle! Se pueden alquilar bicicletas en la tienda, lo que facilita mucho moverse por la zona. La casa de huéspedes está muy cerca de la playa, a solo unos minutos a pie. También hay muchos buenos restaurantes cerca. No me gusta el desayuno de la casa de huéspedes, pero hay muchas otras opciones deliciosas cerca de la entrada. Ah, y hay un restaurante de fideos de arroz con caracoles muy bueno cerca; aunque nunca lo he probado en Liuzhou, este es tan bueno que lo como todos los días.

They have me to contact the bus company to claim refund for me as the bus trip from Beihai to Haikou is canceled because of Taiphon Yogi. Then they called Agoda to cancel & claim refund for my hotel stay in Sanya.

UUsuario invitadoNew facility at far end of beach. Holiday Inn connected next door. Rooms, bath, bedding all of excellent standard and large. Staff helpful and nice grounds. Dinner buffet quite good and breakfast also good. The property has several unfinished areas. The most notable is concrete shell condos facing the ocean where construction appears to be stopped. I would return. Rooms facing ocean have large balcony but I thought a little dark inside.

DDaniela HalbweisI stayed for two nights (originally three). Unfortunately there were no ferry getting there in the first day, therefore I was just able to stay there for two nights. In the end, they offered me to refund one of my nights, which was very nice of them.
The room was nice, clean and very silent (except of the AC). the stuff was friendly and the hotel had a great pickup service. The hotel is a great place to chill and calming down.
There are even some Restaurants and Shops close by (10 Minute walk) and the beach is just a few meters from your room, therefore directly at the hotel. (1minute walk).
I truly can recommend this hotel. 😊
