How was the service? the service tip top! thanks to Mr Rafizan, the manager at customer services. Great view, good room. but the only thing is the toilet is too slippery, not safe for kids, pregnant mommies & senior citizen (as I bring my little kids). Even adult like us also many time almost fall down. What about the facilities? the facilities is good. the kids club got no aircond, only fan. quite congested. Did you enjoy the food? dinner buffet is good and have many choices. But my family had a bad experience on the breakfast. the egg for nasi lemak was spoiled and the roti canai tasted was weird with bitter taste.

El hotel es muy extraño con grandes salas vacías. Las habitaciones se sienten muy viejas y no huelen realmente bien. Además, el servicio es bueno, la comida está bien ( desayuno y bufete de cena).

El prof de sonido es peor. Puede oír a la gente caminando y riendo en la calle durante la medianoche. Puede oír incluso a la persona que se queda a la puerta de la puerta abierto. Pedí una cama pero combinaron dos camas en una cama. La habitación también se ve un poco vieja. Sin embargo, el hotel es bastante limpio, así que todavía puedo dormir. Ofrecerán toallas, ducha, champú y toalla. Hay también mucho parking.

La habitación es agradable y caliente. Los niños también disfrutan de las instalaciones, la piscina y la sala de gimnasio. Durante nuestras piscinas, la piscina no está ocupada, limpia y el niño disfruta mucho. La sala de gimnasio también se mantiene bien. El desayuno es variedad, el personal también es bienvenido. Seguramente volveremos a buscar el desastre.

Estaba aquí por una noche mientras estaba asistiendo a una boda cerca. Como no esperaba mucho para el hotel, estaba realmente feliz con lo que me dio. Reservé la habitación de familia y era mucho más grande de lo esperado. El hotel dispone de una habitación con camas de 2 camas, un sofá con mesa de café y una caminata en el armario y el baño. El escritorio del frente envió rápidamente a alguien para ayudarnos y se resuelve. La limpieza estaba bien. No vi nada particular que causara ningún descanso. Un lugar decente en general.

Reservamos este lugar como un boda en el cristal. Reservamos 4 habitaciones. Situación wise es literalmente a 2 minutos a pie. Es perfecto y conveniente. Las habitaciones estaban mal mantenidas. La iluminación era realmente mala y el agua en el bañón se mantuvo corriendo. El personal era agradable y amigable.
