Located at hill top with good sunset view. Friendly and helpful staffs. Big and spacious room. Due to pandemic, most facilities are not available, however Gojek service are allow in this villa.

Pendant l'été, j'ai effectué une réservation dans cet hôtel. Après un long voyage, le personnel m'a informé qu'ils n'avaient pas pu trouver notre réservation. Nous avons passé trois heures à la réception pour essayer de trouver une solution, mais en vain. Finalement, une chambre nous a été proposée en urgence pour sauver la situation, cependant, l'odeur d'humidité était tout simplement insupportable. En outre, *********** nous a offert une alternative, mais ils ont refusé de rembourser notre réservation, jugeant notre choix trop onéreux à leur goût. C'est un manque de considération, de professionnalisme et de tact envers leurs clients. Ils ne respectent pas leurs réservations et ne procèdent pas au remboursement lorsqu'ils commettent des erreurs !
