El personal de la recepción es muy amable y está dispuesto a hacer preguntas y deseos. Nuestra transferencia solicitada por el Check Out no pudo llegar hasta en una hora, hasta entonces podíamos seguir utilizando nuestro cuarto. La piscina y las habitaciones son muy limpias y modernas. En las proximidades (con motoroller) hay buenos restaurantes.

We stayed at Dream Village for a week and have mixed feelings about it. Pros: - Pool bar area is great for chilling during the day and night with a great view over Canguu. - Staff are really friendly - Quiet location although rooms have quite thin walls so you can hear other guests walking past the room and even in their own rooms. When the room next to you or above you has the shower on or flushes the toilet, you’ll know. - Relatively clean but some parts not very good. - Room is big - Great air con - Wifi has very good signal - Beds are very comfortable Cons: - Shower broke (fell off the wall) first day and still wasn’t fixed until day 5. Still usable but not very practical. - No hand soap anywhere across the hotel. I asked at reception for some and was told “we don’t have any. We just use shower gel.” I found this to be very concerning especially after COVID and by the fact that this also means that’s it’s unlikely the chefs use actual hand soap either. We bought our own to use. - Location a bit far out from things so you need a scooter or taxi to get to the main part of town/beach. - Dirty pillowcases and sheets - No balcony in rooms so can’t dry anything - Windows in room don’t open - Could do with a spruce up - a bit run down. - Breakfast is not great. Not much selection and some of the food doesn’t look very appetising. Orange juice is watered down, there is one type of cereal for kids, milk is warm, everything is covered with cling film because of the flies… Luckily there are some nice places nearby to visit. There also needs to be more breakfast type foods rather than carbonara and teriyaki chicken. A few things need to be improved here as it has the foundations to be a great hotel but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Estaba en The Saran por unas noches después de llegar a Bali y fue hermoso y muy relajado. Tenía una villa de 2 dormitorios con piscina muy espaciosa. El hotel es un poco remoto pero puede llegar a un taxi a Canggu en unos 20 minutos dependiendo del tráfico. La comida en el restaurante era hermosa y el personal era muy útil.

It is well located on the main road which leads to the beach directly. Surrounded by many restaurants and clothing shops. Easy check in and out. The staff is super polite and friendly. The place is clean and has a nice hot shower plus amenities for the room, well equipped with hangers and a safety deposit box. The only thing was that it's a bit noisy from the street. But the room had a balcony and great view of the ocean from a distance.

Estaba buscando un lugar para quedarme en Bali Dempensar y me encuentro con este alojamiento de villa. Aquí estaba muy tarde, pero todo fue ordenado por un personal muy competitivo y me comunicaba todo el camino. Estaba muy contento y me quedé un día extra. Se encuentra en una buena posición y su tan hermosa y muy buena atención a ella . Me sentía tan bien que ya recomendé que se separe a un miembro de la familia y amigos Muchas gracias

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El centro de Kuta, el centro de Kuta Park, está situado en el centro de Kuta. La habitación es básica, y está bien. limpia? como tengo experiencia en 1217 habitación había muchas pinturas y sucias en las hojas de cama, la ventana no es limpia, y cuando usted mira fuera. Había un ratón muerto justo en la frente. No te sorprendas si los olores serían por todas partes. El baño está bien, tomará 2 minutos para conseguir una ducha caliente, necesita reinstaurar nuevamente porque no fue una ducha caliente, sino agua super caliente. el drenaje está closando, tendrá un piso inundado por ello. y tomará unos minutos para dejarlos ir. Esa era mi experiencia de permanecer en Cada día, quizás tendrá una experiencia diferente y buena. Reservé la habitación sólo porque me dejé muy temprano para mi vuelo, por lo que no experimenté un desayuno porque no lo reservaré también. ¡No prometas!

El Dripz Coffee en el hotel Eden ofrece un gran café más comidas, snacks, etc. El personal amigable y útil!! Hemos tenido muchos desayunos en el hotel Eden - muy agradable y excelente valor!! El hotel ofrece un desayuno de tipo americano y también una opción de desayuno bufé.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏
