An affordable hotel where you get what you pay for. 1. The staff are friendly and welcoming, location is great, and the breakfasts are delicious. 2. The room looked just like the photos, but the AC in the toilet in our room was constantly running. The construction next door didn’t bother us, but a dog barking loudly in the house next door was occasionally annoying. There were also small ants in the room. 3. There was only one pair of slippers in the room; they didn’t restock the toilet paper during housekeeping, and for some reason, they threw out our toothbrushes the day before we checked out. 4. The gym is in poor condition.

Very good location. Far from the road so quiet. Breakfast was good.

Not bad for first timer but location wise far from the city and peaceful corner if you need privacy.

A beautiful modern spacious room with huge proportions providing open plan kitchen and living room space leading to the very large private infinity pool and sun bathing deck area. Sliding doors lead to the spacious bedroom with huge 4 poster bed and adjoining large indoor ensuite bathroom, roll top bath, separate shower wet room and toilet area and twin sinks. We had high hopes and this accommodation even exceeded expectations,  The hotel pool was a great addition for shared sun-bathing and swimming whilst the hotel restaurant and bar area provided optional food and drink if required. Walking distance from the local shops, bars and restaurants there were plenty of options and nearby supermarkets and laundry facilities providing everything needed within easy reach. Staff were welcoming, polite and attentive.

Recommend this hotel. New built. Can tell the thoughtfulness from the management. Clean bathtube. Equipped with kitchenware. Price is fair.

The hotel was really good for the price, the location is great, very close to many places and very accessible by driving, walking, motorbike etc. The price was really good for the stay. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful (we were sick and they helped a lot with ordering medication and delivering it to the room). The cleanliness was good but is not the best but I would say is already great for the price.

Good hotel

No regrets selecting this small boutique hotel. 3 floors, served by elevator. The room was bright and beautiful. Kitchenette/dining area. Kettle, coffee/tea, bottled drinking water, refrigerator, induction hotplate and basic cutlery/crockery provided. A 3 seater sofa and coffee table in the sitting area. The king bed that we had was so comfortable and firm. The bathroom was luxurious. A separate shower room, separate WC room, a separate section with vanity counter/wash basin and luxurious bath-tub. The staff were so attentive. They noticed that it was my daughter's birthday, and surprised her with a birthday cake when we came down to the lobby. The hotel is situated in a small alley road. Very quiet and peaceful. Convenience shops, are just a stone's throw away. Otherwise, expect to use Grab taxi, or Grab ride frequently. Not much night life and activities in this part of Kuta. Except for Batubelig beach about 15mins stroll away, which is dotted with bars with outdoor beach seating, where you can catch the beautiful sunset.

Уютный отель, просторные номера, приветливые сотрудники. Понравилось, что на завтраке можно выбирать блюда, без шведского стола, все вкусно. Выход к бассейну на прямую из номера -очень удобный. Мы очень довольны, что выбрали именно этот отель.

入住體驗不佳，與預期差距較大 之前看到一些好評才預訂了這家酒店，但實際入住後感覺整體體驗不太理想和預期有較大差距。 房間問題： - 洗漱台設計得很矮，使用起來不太方便，淋浴間和馬桶的佈局也很奇怪，空間利用不合理。 - 空調噪音較大，晚上影響休息，面對泳池的房間早上也比較吵，加上附近有工地施工，很早就被噪音吵醒。 - 床單上有幾點血跡 服務待提升： - 前台工作人員業務不熟，諮詢問題時經常“一問三不知”，溝通效率低，服務態度也比較冷淡。 - 瓶裝水是玻璃瓶裝的，但連額外要一瓶水前台都不願意提供，體驗不太好。 SPA體驗差： - 酒店雖然有SPA，但衹有兩張床，最多同時接待兩人，很難預約。 - 晚上8點就結束預約，時間安排太早，住了幾天一直沒約上。 - 更不方便的是，酒店不允許外叫按摩師上門，對想放鬆的客人來説選擇太少。 唯一亮點： 二樓的餐廳服務還算不錯，算是整個住宿過程中稍好的部分。 早餐中規中矩，按人數點餐。

Очень хороший отель! Сервис на 5+, завтраки по меню потрясающе вкусные, порции большие. Разрешили позже выехать без доплаты и рано заселили. Убирались в номере каждый день. Номера как на фото. Очень просторные. Мы жили в люксе на 2этаже. Всегда свежие полотенца, водичка. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Отель реально стоит своих денег. Чистый бассейн с прохладной водой. Минусов по самому отелю нет. Отель реально классный! Смогли в нем максимально расслабиться. Есть нюанс по расположению. Улица Бату Белиг очень пробочная. Стоять можно час до ближайшего поворота на Петитенгит. Причем пробки почти круглосуточно. Очень напряженное движение. Пляж рядом не купабельный. Но нам он и не нужен был. Много хороших заведений вокруг. Если вы на машине, не советую этот район. На байке сложно было выезжать до главных магистралей. Но в Чангу еще хуже пробки. Рассчитывайте, что из этого места до всех нормальных пляжей минимум час езды. Мы часто ездили на Букит и по 20-30 минут стояли только на нашей улице.
