Mandarin Oriental, Desaru Coast is a great choice for a relaxing beach getaway. The resort is beautifully designed, surrounded by greenery, and offers a quiet, private beach. Rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with some featuring stunning sea views. Service is excellent—staff are friendly, attentive, and efficient. The breakfast is diverse and good quality, though dining prices are a bit high. The only downside is the remote location, with limited options outside the resort. Overall, perfect for a peaceful, luxurious stay.

The atmosphere when we first came into this homestay is excellent, so does the facilities provided for use during our stay. The interaction with the property owner when we ask questions to them are answered in a quick and precise manner. Overall. I would recommend others to book this stay if they are interested in it.

Next to 4 points sheraton, suggest to stay here should drive or prepared to Grab. A 15min drive away from waterpark/ fruit farm. 1hour away from firefly park. Near supermarkt and nice cafe kedai kopi otai. But basically cos condo has no short cut or alternative entrance, u must walk out from the front and do a big detour by foot. Easier to drive out. Accommodation wise, yes, apartment block is away from carpark and no sheltered walkway, but is not far, u can drive to entrance first to unload then one person goes to carpark. But bring an umbrella in case. The kids loved the Mario brother theme, lego blocks and slide. Also free netflix. Responsive staff during working hours. But after working hours, expect a slight delay in responses. Cleanliness was ok, not amazing but ok. Bedsheets if just used newer ones will make a big difference on impression. Note a RM 200 deposit is required. Appreciate the hot and cold water dispenser provided. Amenities were great.

La experiencia de estadía y la limpieza fueron buenas. Sin embargo, no pude conectar al WiFi durante toda mi estancia. Contacté a la persona responsable, pero no pudieron ofrecer una solución a tiempo. A la hora de terminar mi clase, la persona responsable sólo respondió que habíamos intentado, pero todavía no podíamos resolver el problema del WiFi hasta que se nos despejara el tiempo. En el interior de la habitación, mi Maxis tampoco tiene conexión, no puede usar el punto caliente en absoluto.

Location is good with walking distance for food. But it not a new hotel.

It's not a newly built resort so please dont have high expectations. No hairdryer in room nor room slippers., very basic amenities. Toilet floor was not scrubbed, nor the bathroom tiles. Breakfast wasnt much either - nasi lemak, dry spaghetti, hotdogs, baked beans, two type of fruits, bread, sliced sponge cake, coffee tea, one cordial and water. At 9.15pm most food wasnt topped up (you have to ask for nasi lemak eggs else they wont push out from the kitchen). And fruits too. The only shiokness in the room was the aircon. Manageable for one night but not for multiple night stays.

I had a wonderful stay at this family- friendly homestay. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained with plenty of space for kids to move around. The location was convenient and safe for families. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again, highly recommend it to families travelling with children.

Place was spacious. It'll be more convenient if got transport. Netflix available but very limited channels can be viewed. Hygiene wise, the pillows, blankets, sofas and beds quite dusty and cannot be compared to hotel standard as the pillows inside the casing are yellowish. No drinking water provided but for the price, no complains
