Muy buen hotel, con bonitas vistas y buen servicio al cliente. Pero el baño no está muy limpio, el aire acondicionado de la habitación y la cafetería no son muy buenos y hacen bastante frío.

We had a wonderful stay at Amerald Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, very comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the private beach, and the free parking was very convenient. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety of options to start the day. We even met the manager, Janice Yap, who was very helpful and welcoming. It’s a great place to unwind, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and get away from the city. The facilities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

The view is splendid, beautiful, great for healing. However, the experience would be better if the room was cleaner. Don't get me wrong, it's clean, but the walls already have water spots at the ceiling and the room was quite dusty, maybe due to the sand blowing into the room I'm not sure, as our room is facing the sea. Also, it would be great if there is in-house laund,ry service especially for families with small children. The nearest self-laundry service is at Taman Bayu Damai. The wifi is also quite weak but you can try to find spots for better reception. Nevertheless, their staffs are very nice, friendly, and accommodating! Love them!

Bilik superb tapi harga untuk seaview mahal. Can get other hotel with seaview way cheaper than here. Pantai tak bersih. Sangat kotor. Tapi kalau nak privacy and escape from the city, tempat ni sesuai. Bebetul jauh dari pekan dan bandar. Hanya ada kampung kecil berdekatan tu pun 10 minutes away. Breakfast menu not so variety tapi makanan sedap. Pool pun kotor. Gambar najis diambil pukul 10am berdekatan pool kids. Jadinya unpleasent smell untuk kids mandi kat situ.

Nice room and good view. Delicious breakfast but limited menu. Overall nice stay will repeat in the future.

I went to Amerald hotel with my parents last weekend. We booked grand deluxe room. Surprisingly, the room was very spacious and even the bathroom as well. The view also very nice as we can enjoy the beach view from the room and the sunrise also very stunning during our stay. Unfortunately, some of the food that we ordered for our dinner turns out too salty. I hope they can taste first before serve to the guest. Overall, we satisfied with the services and the facilities.

Room suitable for families, have connecting room. comfortable stay will repeat again another time.

I STAYED FOR 3 DAYS 2 NIGHT DURING WEEKDAY FROM WEDNESDAY TO FRIDAY. VERY PEACEFUL AND TRANQUIL ENVIRONMENT. I REALLY ENJOYED MY VACATION HERE AS IT HELPS TO CLEAR MY MIND AND REJUVENATE MY SOUL. PROS : 1) GOT BEAUTIFUL, SERENE & PRISTINE PRIVATE BEACH. MORE PRIVACY. 2) FOOD WAS CHEAPER, AFFORDABLE AND SCRUMPTIOUS. 3) ENVIRONMENT VERY PEACEFUL. 4) CAN HEAR THE WAVES SOUND OF THE BEACH WHEN YOU OPEN THE SLIDING DOOR 5) I CONQUER THE SWIMMING POOL BECAUSE PEOPLE WAS A FEW ONLY. NO ONE SWIMMING THERE ONLY ME ;) 6) WITNESSED VERY BEAUTIFUL SUNRISE FROM MY ROOM BALCONY CONS: 1) THE LOCATION QUITE FAR FROM THE CITY. I NEED TO PAY 2 TOLS, ONE AT SENAI AND ANOTHER ONE AT PENAWAR 2) THE FOOD SERVICE WAS REALLY SLOW EVENTHOUGH THERE ARE NOT MANY PEOPLE DURING MY STAY. 3) THE BREAKFAST BUFFET ONLY BEEN SERVED DURING MY 1ST DAY AND ON THE SECOND DAY ONLY ALA CART BREAKFAST ARE AVAILABLE. 4) THE STAFF SOME ARE VERY FRIENDLY, WHILE THE OTHER STAFF ARE NOT SO FRIENDLY. NEED TO IMPROVE ON THE PR. OVERALL, I ENJOYED MY 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS STAY

A great staycation we had! A short gateway though. Beautiful beach view from our room. Also Good service by the staff. For breakfast food choices could be better. Well above all shall repeat for next time!

Breakfast is good，balcony`s view also good. but the beach a bit dirty and a lot of bug.

I feel so calm and the amenities are top tier. But only wifi connection here is not really in good condiiton. Maybe fhey can improve it that particular thing. Overall, I’m satisfied. ☺️

overall, I had an excellent stay at the Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The combination of friendly staff, comfortable accommodation, and delicious food made for a memorable .it was the perfect place to freshen up and relax after a long day of exploring the city

First impression — the main entrance and architecture really give Thailand resort vibes! Super welcoming and relaxing the moment you arrive. The room design is practical and cozy, but I think the laminate flooring isn’t the best choice for a beach resort. Since most guests come back wet after water activities, the flooring might not last long. It would be more sustainable (and easier to clean!) if they used tiles instead — waterproof and long-lasting! 🕒 Check-in experience could be improved. Maybe because it was a long holiday, the resort was fully booked but short on housekeeping staff, so we had to wait more than 2 hours for our room to be ready. The lobby got quite crowded too.The parking area needs a bit more maintenance, and the abandoned building connected to the main road really affects the resort’s image — it’s the first thing guests see upon arrival, so hopefully it’ll be refurbished soon. Our room experience: Air conditioning wasn’t working (we didn’t complain since we understood how busy they were — just opened the balcony door for fresh air). Balcony bulb was burned out. Found some dust and rubbish under the sofa bed when we moved it. On the bright side, water pressure was excellent, even at Level 7! Breakfast was simple — limited options and seating — but enough to start the day. The beach area is one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced for water activities! Would be amazing if they added bean bags, parasols with fruit platters, or maybe a live band at night — it would make the place so much more lively, especially since it’s surrounded by campsites and villages. The swimming pool is great, but more staff should be on duty during peak seasons for smoother management. Overall, despite a few hiccups, I had a pleasant stay. The team is doing great — just needs a bit of fine-tuning and extra manpower. Definitely planning to come back again, maybe next December with a bigger room!
