I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute pleasure. The room facilities and amenities were top-notch, making my stay exceptionally comfortable and convenient. Beyond the rooms, the property offers wonderful service and thoughtful amenities, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools alongside two jacuzzis. Most importantly, the staff was remarkably professional, friendly, and attentive. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend this hotel.

I had an excellent stay at Halekulani Okinawa over Christmas. I stayed for 4 nights and it was excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean, spacious and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas! The staff were all excellent (particularly at the morning buffet - first morning I was there I had reordered a few cups of tea, one member of staff remembered and the next day offered me a pot instead!) The little details are what makes a trip special. The activities available were also great, yoga in the morning was free and I enjoyed marine activities too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a few days to relax and enjoy!

The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

I had higher expectations for this stay and was a bit disappointed. Firstly, the location of the resort is not great, it’s on a loud highway which makes noise an issue but also makes it extremely difficult to navigate as you can’t turn right across the large highway. We treated ourselves to the buffet one morning and wish we didn’t, there was limited selections for food and the sashimi was far from fresh. We were given a table reservation card and once sat down with our food were asked to move by the staff so another guest could have our table? Very odd and once questioned the staff changed their tune and no longer wanted to move us - seemed the other guest was getting preferential treatment. Parking was also paid which was not clear on the initial listing. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was only cleaned on one day, beds were not even made and rubbish wasn’t taken out - very strange for a 5 star. We only realised staff had been in because toilet paper had been replenished. I was very excited for this stay and was a bit let down, views are nice though!

La ubicación también puede ser un poco difícil de localizar, ya que tienes que ir a una pequeña calle arriba de la colina, y la entrada está situada en una especie de calle trasera de otro hotel, pero finalmente se abre hasta una pequeña caída. El hotel está muy bien, pero está bien, directamente a la habitación. En general, una buena experiencia de estancia, volverá a la buena, cómoda y espaciosa habitación.

Hoshino Resorts es realmente muy bueno. Las habitaciones de este hotel son las más grandes de los hoteles japoneses en los que me he alojado. Hay pasillos y habitaciones, utensilios de cocina, lavadoras y terrazas. Desafortunadamente, vuelvo demasiado tarde todos los días, de lo contrario. Puedo intentar conseguir carne wagyu. También hay una piscina, pero está cerrada en invierno. La ubicación está muy cerca de Manzamo. Hay una parada de autobús frente al hotel, pero la ubicación es un poco remota. Aún así se recomienda conducir ya que hay estacionamiento gratuito disponible. 2 puntos que creo que se pueden mejorar: 1) La sala de fumadores está al lado del ascensor, por lo que siempre huele a humo cuando se espera el ascensor. 2) El agua caliente no está lo suficientemente caliente.

Experiencia de resorte familiar excelente Tenemos una estupenda estancia y recomendaríamos este resort a las familias que visitan Okinawa. Una de las mejores decisiones que hemos tomado fue comprar el paquete Savvy Club, que ofreció un excelente valor a través de descuentos en restaurantes y actividades, y un bonus adicional fue que el almuerzo y la cena fueron complimentarios para los niños menores de 12. Para las familias, esto hizo una diferencia significativa y mejoró la experiencia global. La gama de actividades que se habían podido realizar fue muy impresionante. Nuestros niños amaban especialmente las experiencias con las tortugas y los delfines marinos, que se convirtieron en el espectro del viaje y crearon memorias que hablarán durante años. Nadar con los delfines fue especialmente especial y una experiencia que nunca olvidaremos. El parque de aguas interiores fue un gran golpe para nuestros niños y ofreció la alternativa perfecta cuando el tiempo estaba lluvioso o simplemente demasiado caliente para estar afuera. Tener una instalación interior de alta calidad significaba que siempre había algo divertido para los niños hacer cualquiera que sea su situación. Das Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Gründe: - Lostplace - total verwohnt - Innenausstattung teilweise defekt, abgewohnt - es fehlen Abdeckungen an Installationen - Decken unter dem Bettbezug fleckig, teilweise Flüssigkeiten eingesickert - Lampe am Bett defekt, konnte während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert werden - das Zimmer hatte einen stark modrigen Geruch - Es gibt ehemalige Aufenhaltsbereiche die teilweise nicht begehbar, weil stark sanierungsfähig, waren Ausnahme: - An der Rezeption saß regelmäßig ein älterer Mann, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er allein kann so ein Hotel allerdings nicht führen. Fazit: Eins der schlechtesten Hotels in denen wir je übernachtet haben. Das hier auf Trip.com anzubieten ist eine Frechheit. Auf meine Anfragen an Trip.com wurde nicht reagiert. Hier ist der Service auch mangelhaft.

Cuando fui allí, me preocupaba si sería demasiado viejo después de leer las críticas. De hecho, fui. Para amigos como yo que no son muy exigentes, pensé que era muy bueno. Como hotel de larga trayectoria, La ubicación es absolutamente impecable. Creo que puedo escribir una guía sencilla para mayor comodidad en el futuro. Vayan, gente. Entorno: Vamos en Año Nuevo, que probablemente sea fuera de temporada, no hay muchos lugares para elegir para comer alrededor del hotel y por la noche está aún más oscuro. Simplemente seguí las luces y las antorchas en la puerta para encontrar el hotel, y afortunadamente el sabor no fue malo. Hay un Lawson en la puerta, que se ha convertido en nuestro centro comercial designado. Cuando nos perdimos una comida, compramos una lonchera en Lawson, que también estaba deliciosa. Transporte: Hicimos una excursión de un día alquilada, recorriendo todo el camino desde la calle Kokusai hasta el hotel. Cuando regresamos, tomamos el autobús de enlace del hotel de regreso a la ciudad. El autobús de enlace tiene un horario y se reserva con antelación por una tarifa. . El autobús lanzadera del hotel va desde la terminal al aeropuerto y pasa por la ciudad, nos bajamos del autobús a mitad de camino. Instalaciones: La habitación es bastante satisfactoria. Algunas puertas de los gabinetes se cayeron al tocarlas, pero aún así está muy limpia y ordenada. El mar en el hotel es hermoso, el mar de cristal y hay varias instalaciones recreativas. Incluso si fuimos en invierno , hacía demasiado frío y no jugamos. Los niños cavaron en la arena. Lo malo es que cuando miras las fotos se ve que las camas se pueden armar, pero no se pueden armar en el sitio. Además, la ubicación del piso de la habitación reservada por Ctrip no era muy buena.

La habitación es muy buena, pero no hay agua fría. Sólo dos luces blancas brillantes que no pueden ser apagadas, más una sola lámpara en el estanque de noche que debe ser desconectada para apagar en cualquier otra cosa cerca de las camas, que son incómodas y creíbles. Los sets de Futon en la habitación japonesa/occidental sólo pueden utilizarse “con permiso” y a un coste adicional. Mini frigorífico se encuentra en la parte superior de una hoja de horno. La parte de seguridad para la puerta no tiene parte correspondiente y, por lo tanto, es inútil.
