Hoteles en Split con balcón

This is an intimate 5-room establishment situated amidst the alleys of the Old Town, hence cars cannot drop passengers at the doorstep. Easy enough to catch a shuttle bus for EUR 8 from the airport to the bus station at the port, from which a Makarun staff will meet you and assist you with your luggage to the hotel, a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast is a la carte, as is to be expected for such a small establishment, comprising 3 courses - pastry/toast, eggs of your choice with cold cuts, and a dessert, complemented by tea coffee and/or juice. Food was more than adequate in terms of quantity and quality. My room was comfortable enough, though 2 issues were noticeable: * Instead of a flat cotton bed sheet, there was a fitted sheet made of what seemed like jersey, and looked more like a mattress protector.This was pilled and coarse, in contrast to the far smoother cotton quilt cover. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they explained that this is standard for the hotel. Whilst it did not affect the quality of my sleep, the coarseness of the sheet wasn't entirely pleasant * In the bathroom, the shower was mounted at waist height, hence one either had to hold the shower in one hand, or, if there was a need to use both hands to wash, then one would have to crouch under the shower while it was in its holder. Not particularly convenient. Overall a comfortable stay in a convenient location, enhanced by the friendly and solicitous Ivan and Mario.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It was only a short 10min walk from the bus terminal through the main market area and there were also restaurants 1 min walk in a cosy square. The views from the apartment were amazing!! Marijana was wonderful in accommodating our last minute booking and really helpful showing us the apartment and map and tips for finding restaurants and landmarks. Thank you 😊

Tony and Antonio were the perfect hosts. The room was spacious. The ensuite was as well. The accommodations location was perfect for me. It was near the train station the bus station the ferries the restaurant the sightseeing the open markets and also pharmacies. I cannot fault the room the location nor the superbly attentive lovely ladies in the breakfast room who made me probably the yummiest omelette I’ve had in a long time. Anyone travelling this accommodation is five star at probably what I would say a three star price Tony and Antonio are the best 

I had a fantastic stay! The property was super easy to find using Google Maps, and the receptionist was kind and very helpful right from the start. My room was spacious, clean, and looked exactly like the photos — no surprises. Bonus: the TV has Netflix! The area around the hotel is peaceful and quiet. I could occasionally hear other guests closing their doors, but otherwise it was very calm. It’s about a 12–15 minute walk to the Old Town, which made it easy to explore while still being able to come back to a quiet, relaxing space. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Excellent location right in the centre of great restaurants and the tourism hotspots. The room and bathtub are great. Good wifi and television box for plenty of viewing options. Rooftop garden/outdoor area is amazing at sunset (see attached photos). A couple of things to prepare yourself for which are out of the control of the hotel owners: there are 90 steps to the floor where the rooms are so would not recommend if you are physically challenged, and the restaurants in the square do have music till quite late which is audible in the rooms so light sleepers may like to try ear plugs. Sound did not bother us and the walk up the stairs was good for our health! The whole of the city has bell ringing at various times during the day (7am, Midday, 8pm) No need to set an alarm to wake up in the morning!

Pro - very close to the Golden Gate and is easy to find. Check in is straightforward. The room is on the first floor above ground so it wasn't the most difficult thing to lift our luggages up. Con - (1) the actual room looks nothing like the pictures online. The online pictures (taken with wide lens mode) show the room to be much larger and brighter, whereas the room is in fact very small and relatively poorly lit. For one, the bed is literally two footsteps away from the door, and we were struggling to find space to open our luggages. (2) One of the beds in the room is in fact a sofa bed, but the property did not declare this when we booked. We spent a lot of time trying to book places which do not use sofa beds but actual beds, and so we can't help but feel that we were misled and misrepresented to. (3) There is a bit of noise. The property is right next to the road and near a pub with some rowdy youths at times. (4) Facilities are minimal. There is only one chair, and the table is very small. Everything else is basic. Nothing luxurious about it despite its name and the photos. (5) There is no lift at the property. We would not have chosen this property if we had a second chance.

La habitación no tiene vistas al mar. No es como un hotel, más como una villa, la seguridad de éste no es muy alta, ya que tiene 2 entradas. La entrada de la piscina, cualquiera puede acceder a ella sin problemas. La piscina era bastante sucia, tiene muchos bugs flotando, y también no ha sido limpiada regularmente por el personal. Tiene muchos restaurantes cerca, y la calidad y el precio son mejores que los platos turísticos de la antigua ciudad. El ascensor se rompió el primer día, el segundo día nos informaron que está fijado, pero todavía tiene un poco de descenso de problemas. Creo que Croacia no tiene reglamentación sobre el control de ascensores a plazo fijo, ya que no tiene ningún certificado en el ascensor dentro/exterior. Si el hotel muestra 3 estrellas y el precio es más bajo, yo cotizaré. El lado derecho del balcón tiene un campo de tenis grande en el nivel 2nd-floor, es muy cerca, y es bastante molesto que las personas puedan ver fácilmente. La suite no vale 4 estrellas. El bloqueo de la puerta delantera está aparentemente nuevo, es seguro, pero alguna instalación de electricidad no se ha instalado correctamente, parece que se puede sacar fácilmente. La caja de seguridad eléctrica no funciona con la contraseña, el hotel dejó una llave para su uso. El desayuno es bien gestionado para los huéspedes con una excursión temprana, pueden organizar la caja de desayunos incluyendo 1 fruta, 3 panes y 1 yogur en las 6:00 a las 7:00.

Excelente ubicación, la vista era increíble y la habitación estaba limpia y tenía muebles bonitos. - El personal estaba muy ausente y necesitas una llave para entrar al hotel y a la habitación. Olvidamos nuestra llave en nuestra habitación y nos dimos cuenta después de la cena alrededor de las 11 p. m. y, aunque el personal debería estar en el hotel hasta las 3 a. m., no había nadie allí. Tuvimos que comunicarnos solo por teléfono, pero como somos canadienses, no teníamos un teléfono que funcionara. Casi dormimos afuera. Recibimos ayuda del restaurante vecino. - Se suponía que el personal comenzaría de nuevo a las 7 a. m.; nos fuimos a las 8 sin hacer el check out porque nuevamente no había nadie. - A mi hija le robaron sus EarPods en nuestra habitación. Pudimos localizarlos con la aplicación de Apple y pudimos ver exactamente dónde estaban. Nuevamente, no había personal en el hotel para avisarles a la persona de limpieza que los había robado. (Estamos 100% SEGUROS de que nos los robaron, ya que no salieron de la habitación, nunca llevamos aparatos electrónicos a ningún lado y estaban a 7 km del hotel, donde nunca habíamos estado. - Ofrecen servicio de planchado a vapor, quise usarlo, pero me dijeron que tardaron una semana en recuperar mi ropa... Estuvimos allí 4 días. El personal se ofreció a llevarme un planchado a vapor a la habitación para que pudiera hacerlo yo mismo. Nunca lo trajeron... - Había una hermosa terraza en el cuarto piso, pero nos enteramos de que existía en nuestra última noche. - Queríamos ir a la playa y el personal dijo que había que caminar 45 minutos y que esa era la única forma de ir. Caminamos. Finalmente, cuando llegamos allí... podríamos haber tomado un carrito por 3 euros... Lo tomamos para volver. -

Reserva de antemano super alto precio, el personal de servicio es muy bueno, el servicio de la habitación me ayude a limpiar el pijama. El estacionamiento 10 euros por día, conducir a la antigua ciudad casi 3-4㎞, no se paren o se puede vengar! El primer día no pude parar el estacionamiento del hotel. Así que paró el estacionamiento del hotel junto a la que tenía dos puestos vacíos. Así que paró media hora. Me hice un estancia para ver que el cañón de lluvia estaba mal aplastado 😓
