Amazing attention to the guests ... This te is really obove standards... Not even in higher category hotels you find this... I felt they were all there to support and help... I arrived very early after a terrible long trip.. They made sure I could check in as early as possible... Same, the day after I arrived late for breakfast but still they tried to accomodate me... My congrats to the GM, there is always a good captain behind a team that works well in different sections. Excellent guys keep it up! Regards Marco

Good for family, special if you already have booked a tour guide and he or she can pick you and show you , you dont need a hotel in city center in that case just book it here in sea pearl hotel your all set, We had a smooth experience, hope to visit Azerbaijan and sea pearl hotel again in future. Уютный отель, хорошее расположение. В номерах чисто, сами номера просторные. Вежливый персонал. Вкусный завтрак, но не совсем разнообразный. В номерах не хватает освещения, так как очень высокие потолки, а лампы на такую квадратуру не тянут)

During my 13-hour layover in Baku, I chose to unwind at the Fly Inn Baku Hotel, seeking a relaxing break between flights. Discovered online and backed by positive reviews, the hotel exceeded expectations. The modern and clean ambiance, convenient service, and optional flexible check-in and check-out policies appealed to my preferences. The spacious rooms, well-stocked bathroom essentials, plush robes, and excellent modern gym contributed to a comfortable stay. The gym and pool not only provided excellent facilities but also allowed me to rejuvenate after a previous long-haul flight. Despite being in close proximity to the airport, the hotel maintained a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The exceptional Azerbaijani hospitality made me feel like an awaited guest, and the hotel's value for money was evident. While the slightly outdated furniture and bath tub were minor considerations, they did not significantly impact the overall positive experience. I recommend Fly Inn Baku Hotel for travelers seeking a peaceful layover, offering excellent amenities such as a spa, quiet lobby areas, spacious rooms with excellent glazing to minimize runway noise, and reliable Wi-Fi for those looking to work during their stay.

La habitacion muy austera, el bano se miraba viejo y deteriorado, jabon y vanities como shampoo y enjuague de baja calidad, toallas exactas 2, no hiciero nunca el TURN OVER o la cortesia nocturna, el colchon de la habitacion 1516 estaba VENCIDO parecia hamaca. Yo me esperaba como lo promocionan un hotel de 5 ESTRELLAS, buen colchon, toallas extras, buen jabon , shampoo, y acondicionador. Que me hicieran la cortesia nocturna o TURN OVER, que el marmol del bano estubira en buennas condiciones no todo manchado y con silicon con hongo en las orillas de la regadera. No volveria a quedarme ahi, ni lo recomendaria.

El despacho de recepción sigue siendo el primer punto de encuentro para cualquier check-in del hotel. Llegé a una ciudad por primera vez a las 7:00 horas y este único personal, el Sr. Nijat, nos acogió y nos dio una información detallada sobre lo que hacer para cenar, donde ir, los más cercanos supermercados y los planes turísticos para el resto del período. We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕
