Прекрасный отель, находящийся в старой части замечательного Баку.
От метро до отеля всего 5 минут пешком. Рядом с отелем есть все необходимые продуктовые магазины, а также большое разнообразие кафе и ресторанов.
Номер у нас был огромный - представительский, с балконом. В номере из техники тв, телефон, кофемашина (которая правда не работала). В ванне предоставляют шампунь, гель для душа, кондиционер и крем для тела. Также дают мочалку.
Завтрак - хороший шведский стол. Всегда найдется что перекусить.
Очень приятный и вежливый персонал, все говорят на русском языке. Уборка и смена полотенец ежедневно.
Единственным разочарованием было, что отель находится в высоком многоэтажном доме, но сам отель всего на первых 3-х этажах :) так что хорошего вида из номера на flame towers не ждите :)
А так все прекрасно. Рекомендую.

Este, el Sapphire Inn, no es el Sapphire bien situado junto a la Plaza de las Fuentes. Ese es el otro, el Sapphire City, mas conveniente, junto a la zona peatonal mucho mas animada y con mas oferta. En este la habitacion era muy amplia, con las camas sorprendentemente pequeñitas. El desayuno bien, salvo por una unica cafetera de fitro a menudo vacia. No hay cafe espresso.

Everything was good at the Hotel.Good a**osphere,fresh and big rooms, location is super,very kind staff, specially receptions very helpfull.For my next coming ı will stay at this Hotel.I felt myself like home : )

There are at least 4 Sapphire Hotels in Baku (Sapphire, Sapphire Inn, Sapphire City, Royal Sapphire), so it can get a little confusing. But the Sapphire Inn, where I stayed, is OK. Admittedly, it looks a lot better online than in reality, but it still has lots of good aspects. The location is excellent, easy walking to Old City, waterfront or center. I got room 314, an enormous, old-style space with rather faded beige carpet and hideous gold wallpaper - but space is good and the bed was really comfortable. My bathroom was in very good shape, clean tiles, large rainshower, good hot water and soft towels. The phone did not work and wifi in the room was weak. Breakfast was rather "non-European", with olives, tomatoes and cheese, but wonderful dairy (yoghurt, cream and kaymak to die for !). Some fresh juice and eggs (other than boiled) would be nice. Also, the hotel caters for large tourist groups : when they invaded the breakfast room, it was hard to find a seat and the staff struggled to keep the buffet up-to-date. I found all staff, at reception, room service and restaurant, to be super friendly.

In total we spent five nights in the hotel. Our first arrival was in the early hours of the morning - the member of staff on reception spoke English well and checked us in very quickly. The room was huge with a seating area and a little kitchenette. The staff in the hotel were great - they were very helpful, friendly and quickly responded to requests.

Don’t believe the pictures. While they aren’t inaccurate, the lighting in the posted pictures makes the room look a lot less old than it actually is. Once you are in the hotel and room, it smells really musty and once you turn on the lights, there is a weird smell. The room was boiling hot for 2 days and they claimed that they did not want to turn on the aircon cause the weather was cooler. This is despite all the guests complaining to the hotel.
