Intercontinental as professional as always. Check in: Late check in but superbly handled. Rooms: Beautiful standard room spacious with all the desired amenities. The staff ensured to take care of our detailed needs. We were greeted with a lovely anniversary cake. One of the days we requested for some deficiencies to be fixed in the room which were duly done along with a grievance note and some pleasantries.. this was a request and not a grievance but thank you so much for all your kind support. Breakfast: Amazing, the chef ensured to make us Qutab, sandwiches to cater for our veg requirements and also ensured to get us masala chai.. they just ensured everything was to our need. Thank you to the entire resto team, you guys were amazing made some great food, lovely breads, awesome breakfast and lovely service - many many thanks. Location: Centrally located close to Nizami, next to a metro station and ample of space for our vehicle driver to wait in case we were late. Intercon has always kept up to the brand name wherever I’ve stayed. Thank you team Intercon Baku

Reservé de 30 a 4 de enero. Llamaba preliminarmente el 7 de diciembre y pidió que pusiera 2 camas separadas. Por teléfono, todo se explicaba por teléfono. Como resultado, el 30 de diciembre, se les dijo que darían una habitación con 2 camas separadas. Hay sólo un dormitorio doble. Primero estaba discutiendo, luego acordó. Después está borrando documentos. Opanki 2 problema - Mamá no tiene pasaporte de código. Un ciudadano de Azerbaiyán. No hay lugar en el que se indique que el visitante debe tener pasaporte de código. Si bien solucionamos este problema, nos ocupamos de él. 3 problemas aparecen. Su reserva ha sido cancelada. Llama al proveedor de servicios, no hemos cancelado. En resumen, el dinero 29000 no ha sido devuelto, expulsado a la calle, no permitido al hotel, mi habitación es probablemente 100% más caro que los demás. El hotel está divorciado. No recomiendo. Si no quieres quedarte en la calle sin alojamiento y sin dinero, no elige este hotel.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

Las habitaciones son renovadas y grandes. El hotel tiene una ubicación superior! Todo lo que puedas estar interesado como turista o viajero de negocios- puedes encontrar en unos pocos bloques. También era importante para mí que la ubicación es realmente segura. A pesar de que el hotel es pequeño, su equipo parece muy profesional. El desayuno es bueno y fresco. La habitación tiene limpieza todos los días. He tenido varios problemas organizativos durante mi estancia en Baku y el gerente Huseyin, así como los campanarios eran super útiles. Definitivamente volveré a sugerir este lugar a mis amigos.

На выходе из отеля очень красивый вид на дом правительства, фото прилагаю.

Amazing Brand new hotel it deserves more than 5 star. Staff is very good. I loved it here. Special thanks to MR. Rafael he helped us with everything. Every time we approached to any staff member for any help they were always happy to help us and everyone was very polite. Breakfast was great too. Hopefully we will come back again.

I stayed in a single room and it was small but enough for short stay. They provided sufficient amenities as well. The service was great. I arrived in the city early in the morning before the usual check-in time, so I was just going to leave my baggage without check-in. But the reception staff kindly allowed me to check-in before the usual time, so I was able to prepare in the room before I went sightseeing.

Отличный отель по соотношению цена-качество. Идеальное местоположение - в шаговой доступности и набережная, и вокзал, и старый город. Очень вежливый персонал, готовый помочь. До аэропорта - 20 минут на машине. Рекомендую! В качестве приятного бонуса за вторую поездку дали огромный светлый номер, очень приятно. На выходе из отеля очень красивый вид на дом правительства, фото прилагаю.
