Necesita reformas. No tiene ascensor. La luz del amanecer es imposible oscurecer en la habitación, te despierta. El desayuno lo peor. Te entregan un pack cerrado con el menu elegido, en el Continental un tercio de platano, un cuarto de nadanja, un trocito de sandia y de melón. Una tostada y una pizca de mantequilla y de mermelada. El cafe hay que ir hasta la recepción, no habia leche.

When you are on a business travel, what would you like to have? Quite, efficient place that will provide you the recharge you need. This is a nice hotel in a very good shape. Large room, quite, clean. But morning breakfast… it is only served, no buffet and the team can’t handle the load. You needed to wait for 20 minutes to get your order. And if a mistake was done (and it was…) wait additional 20. Also the Starbucks in the morning, we had a line of 4 people and the barista lost control.

We stayed here on a planned trip home. We stayed using our Holiday Inn Rewards. As usual, we were given a less desirable room. The room was on the 2nd floor and the window overlooked a walled-off rooftop that contained A/C units. There was no view at all. The lamp next to the couch didn't turn on. I finally figured out that it was unplugged and pulled out the couch to access the outlet. And when we went to use the refrigerator, it was warm and not working. We were very disappointed in the room and it was by far the worst HIE we stayed at on this trip. We stayed at 7 properties total. The property is under remodel, but we were told that the rooms were all completed. The bathroom was modern, and the pillows were perfect. The breakfast did include a Belgium waffle maker which is rare at any HIE anymore. So, I did enjoy that. And the girl at the front desk was super friendly. The final observation we made was that the pictures shown of the hotel do not show the spiked fence that surrounds the property. They have padlocked the 2 pedestrian gate entries off of the sidewalk along with one of the car entries. There is only one way to get into the property. It made us wonder about the safety of the area. Also, there is no crosswalk to get across to the other side of a 4-lane highway which is where most of the entertainment and restaurants are. You need to walk a block in either direction to access a light to safely cross.

I have stayed with ESA in several locations and enjoyed my stay. At this location, I felt that my privacy was violated and I was not treated respectfully as a customer. I was charged a $100 deposit at check in that was not returned to me and my bank debit card was not accepted for payment. I was asked to pay cash throughout my stay. The room had carpet and laminate flooring damage at check in. People entered my room while I was away and management reported to me that my room was not clean to their standards.I ended my stay early as I was uncomfortable extending my stay there. I left the room clean. I will not visit this location in the future and I would not recommend to other travelers.

Primera habitación en 6/20/22 rm# 230 fue terrible Yo ya subí las fotos cargadas ( oscuro ...alud ... asustado ... dirty) ... Me pidió que se me cambiara a otra habitación ... y el agente del escritorio delantero dijo que ya no hay habitaciones disponibles dejadas ... así que intenté comprobar el mismo día que me inspeccioné en 6/20/22.... Entonces el hombre en la mesa delantera me dijo que tenían una habitación disponible de repente! Así que me quedé y rm #221 maneras mucho mejor pero me eché el día siguiente temprano por la mañana 6/21/22 pero me pagó hasta 6/24/22.... hoy es 7/1/22 y aún tengo que ser devuelto mi dinero para el resto de los días atrás ... me devolvieron sólo mi depósito $100 ... Estoy un ¡Viajando enfermera y sentí tanto aburrimiento hacia donde nunca recomendaría o quedarme allí de nuevo ... ¡Me quedé en otro establecimiento Wyndham que era básico, pero de manera mejor! ¡He pedido una semana entera para pedir mi reembolso que he pagado por toda la semana ... me han dicho que tenía que hablar con un gerente, pero nadie me ha llamado o no estaba en cuando me llamé!
