En primer lugar, digo: “esa fue la peor experiencia que he tenido” soy miembro de la elite de titanio Marriott, así que he visto mi parte justa de Marriotts. El servicio era par pero puedo hacerlo. Necesito acceder a algo en mi teléfono. En el contable de entrada, la zona completa muerta. Me afirmaron que me habían actualizado a una “mejor habitación” pero en mi reserva que era exactamente lo que estaba reservando. No había actualización. Para apagarme en el viaje, fui al restaurante del hotel. No hay mucha gente, quizás 3 tablas y luego yo mismo. Nos quedaron los huéspedes en el hotel. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Así que he oído los trucos debido a que se está haciendo el trabajo, música alta (y no la música en vivo que es de un sonido melodico). Llamé a la mañana para decir que iré a la salida Día 1 de un viaje de 4 días pero simplemente pidió un check-out tardío - (al parecer que tenía la habitación durante 4 días) el agente me dijo lo mejor que puede hacer fue 1PM. Hola, esta habitación es técnicamente inaccesible porque aún estaría aquí. No tenía sentido. Finalmente me dejé de una vez, pero esto fue una desilusión excesiva. Me trasladé a otra ubicación Marriott 2 bloques para terminar mi viaje.

Mi amigo y yo decidimos hacer un viaje por carretera al azar a Austin y seguimos entrando fuera de nuestra habitación. Nuestro coche estaba aparcado en el servicio de aparcacoches, pero a pesar de que seguimos yendo y viniendo, el servicio de aparcacoches y el personal del hotel siempre fueron muy amables con nosotros. El hotel estaba muy limpio y tranquilo. Fue una gran estadía.
