Reservé 3 noches en este hotel. Los dos primeros días no me dieron habitación con baño. El tercer día reservé una habitación individual con baño. La habitación era pequeña, totalmente equipada, muy limpia y El ambiente circundante era muy tranquilo. Pero 4 horas después de hacer el check out, mientras esperaba en el aeropuerto, este hotel cargó inexplicablemente 20 SGD en mi tarjeta de crédito. Inmediatamente pedí ayuda al servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip. Les dijeron que había quemado el hervidor de agua caliente de la habitación y querían que los compensara. Sin embargo, nunca había tocado el hervidor de agua caliente. Solo bebí agua embotellada. Obviamente esto es un truco para el pueblo chino. ¿Cómo es que no pudo haber sido causado por mis invitados anteriores? Entonces, si desea hosped**** en este hotel, tome fotografías o videos para conservar pruebas después de registr**** y evitar que lo engañen. ¡Muchas gracias al servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip por su comprensión y apoyo, lo que nos hace sentir cómodos a los chinos que viajamos al extranjero!

Bueno como siempre, excepto que las instalaciones de los viejos hoteles en Nueva Zelanda están relativamente desactualizadas, pero el servicio es excelente y el personal es muy entusiasta.

Mi marido se quedó aquí una vez por casualidad y ahora se ha convertido en el lugar que se queda la mayoría de las semanas, Grandes, limpias, tranquilas habitaciones, equipadas con todo lo que necesitas, máquina de café, microondas, TV de pantalla grande, la cama más comfísta y un enorme baño con ducha buena . Pero lo mejor de lo lejos es el personal, desde el servicio de bienvenida y atención, no podía pedir más, pocos toques como recordar sus nombres, significa mucho.... Tener que dar una mención especial a Pawan, es como un amigo que te saluda, una verdadera bienvenida amistosa cada vez, hace que te sientas como si estuvieras en casa. Gracias Pawan!

Reminded by their ! I stayed here in February 2020 ( a while back but stick with me). I was there with a work thing so a busy day. I got back to the hotel at about 7pm, had a bath and when I went to let the water out of the bath the water didn't drain. Next thing the plughole in the middle of the bathroom started flooding the room with 'dirty' water. It smelt awful if you know what I mean. I put all the towels on the ground to stop it from getting into my room. I rang reception to say what was happening and that I could not stay in the room. I have to say the night manager was very helpful throughout but, it was 9pm at this point, and having to pack up after working all day and flying up from Christchurch that morning, made for a pretty uncomfortable stay. Even the new room was missing lots of items (tissues, shower gel, tea bags, etc). Please note, I am only posting this now because the cold call from a pretty insistent and overzealous Accor sales representative, reminded me to check when I stayed here. At the time I even said in the feedback email to Novotel ElIerslie that I wouldn't post to Tripadvisor. But then in checking this out, I see that they never even responded to me about what happened or what they were doing so others didn't experience what I did. Overall a disappointing experience.

I stayed here for two nights in March 2023. The hotel was located close to the venue of my meetings and more or less half way between the central city and airport. It took about 10 minutes up the motorway to the central city and about 20 minutes to the airport (early morning traffic). Across the road there is a petrol station and shop (for snacks etc). There is a Countdown supermarket and McDonalds on the other side of the motorway, just a few hundred metres from the hotel, but you would need to go by car to get across the motorway. The hotel is clean and modern and in line with the usual expectations for an Ibis hotel. The room was fairly large by Ibis standards. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs. My only complaint is that, on the second night, I returned to the hotel at about 9:30pm and the carpark was full. I circled for about ten minutes waiting for a space to become available, but that did not eventuate. I asked the reception where I could park and they indicated the public parking area nearby - about a 1-minute walk away from the hotel. That cost $7.50 for 24 hours. Be aware of this if returning to the hotel at night. I then went to the bar to redeem my drinks voucher but, at 9:52pm, the bar was closing and they wouldn't serve me. I could not get my drink or even think of asking if there were any food options. I don't think that closing the bar that early is good for customer service.

La noche pasada me quedé en una habitación doble de ensuite y lo que no se esperaba era. Primero me saludó un caballero amigable que me asistió con mi WiFi y ubicación/entrada de la habitación/alojamiento todo era perfecto el ducha tenía agua caliente y la cama estaba cómoda con un ventilador que proporcionaba maIn aire acondicionado la TV era útil demasiado posicionada ¿No hay problema con el estacionamiento de coches encontrado fácilmente en el día La única caída sería ideal ver instalaciones de cocina privadas y herramientas de microondas ? Quizá también le aconseje cuando usted está deduciendo el pago por anticipado ya que no tenía idea que se pagó aparte de que yo realmente quedaría allí de nuevo en el futuro y no me importaba el ruido el sábado por la noche después de medianoche

Loved our stay. It was like hotels used to be. Lots of complimentary items. You could literally just walk in with your clothes. Awesome having a bar and restaurant on site. Parking was excellent. Airport shuttles come to the hotel and it has a heated pool. Highly recommend.

Excelente! Tenemos una estancia confortable en este hotel. Intenta reservar el mismo hotel durante nuestros últimos 2 días en Auckland. Situación super buena, cerrada a Sky Tower, que puede tomar el autobús directo del aeropuerto de Auckland en una distancia de paseo. Si quiere cocinar, sólo ofrecen placas de papel limitadas, esto es bueno para nosotros.
