My recent stay at Tanoak Hotel left a lot to be desired. From the noise disturbance to the lack of a private beach and the unfortunate case of food poisoning, the overall experience was far from pleasant. Let's start with the rooms, or should I say, lack of peacefulness. The walls must have been made of tissue paper because I could hear every single sound from the neighboring rooms. The constant slamming of doors throughout the night made it impossible for me to get a decent night's sleep. It was as if there was no soundproofing at all, resulting in a restless and frustrating stay , The bed was reminiscent of rocks masquerading as mattresses, left me with a severe back pain. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the promise of a private beach. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that there was no such luxury. The hotel failed to deliver on its advertised amenities, leaving us feeling deceived and disappointed. It would have been a nice bonus to have a tranquil beach area exclusively for hotel guests, but instead, we had to share overcrowded Beach. To make matters worse, my husband suffered from food poisoning on our last day at the hotel. This was an incredibly distressing experience, exacerbated by the fact that there was no hospital nearby for immediate medical attention. We were left in a helpless situation, with no option but to check out the next day and travel back home with my husband in such a sick state. Our journey was frequently interrupted as he had to stop every couple of kilometers to vomit. This not only added physical discomfort but also cast a dark shadow over our entire stay at Tanoak Hotel. In conclusion, my stay at Tanoak Hotel was nothing short of a letdown. The constant noise from neighboring rooms, lack of a promised private beach, and the distressing case of food poisoning made this trip a complete nightmare. I am deeply dissatisfied with the experience and would caution others who are considering staying here. Tanoak Hotel needs to address these issues promptly to ensure that future guests do not have to endure similar disappointments.

Every thing was perfect, the olace is very cozy and comfy for relaxing and escape the world, the food was wooow varied and tasty and the rooms was super comfy and clean also the house keeping was perfect ,the sandy clean beach was spectacular and it's not very far from the rooms also the golf cars always available ,the pools eas heated and super clean and safe for kids , the play area for kids was very good , all rooms have a pool view which is amazing, i had a great time and i would come back again isa 😍

I enjoyed my stay in Stella Di Mare sea club hotel, one of my best vacations in El Sokhna, I almost enjoyed everything, the clean room, variety of tasty food, one of the best beaches in Sokhna without rocks, the aqua park was wonderful my daughter liked it a lot, the daily kids club on beach and the shows at the theater were fantastic. The staff is helpful and very friendly trying to do their best to keep you happy and enjoying. For sure I will be back again to Stella Di Mare Sea Club next vacation.

El entorno del hotel es muy bueno. Después de ir a la tienda, decidió quedarse más por una noche. Se actualiza a la sala de paisaje del mar. La habitación es muy grande, el equipo es relativamente viejo y sencillo. El desayuno y la cena son buenos. El hotel es de todos los habitantes locales, muy amigable, hay una organización de actividades por la noche, muy bien. El día siguiente, nuestros hijos se han enfermado y han causado fiebre. El hotel y los médicos han recibido medicinas gratuitas. También nos han presentado los hospitales del Cairo. Muchas gracias. En El Cairo, no nos preocupamos, también fuimos al hospital para ver. Los médicos del hospital aceptaron el diagnóstico y el uso de medicamentos por los médicos del hotel. ¡Los niños se recuperan completamente el día siguiente, ¡muchas gracias! Por cierto, ni los médicos del hotel ni del Cairo nos discriminan porque somos chinos, ni siquiera nos ponen a la boca deliberadamente, ni siquiera aceptan nuestras exigencias de inspección del virus, que es difícil de apreciar en este nuevo período de terror de la epidemia coronaria. ¡Muchas gracias! Tomé muchas fotos del hotel muy bonitas y no puedo cargarlas de alguna manera. Ver si puedes cargarlas después de volver a casa. Muy recomendado el hotel, el desayuno no es caro.

Estuve en el hotel la semana del 19 de agosto al 21 del 2021, la habitacion muy comoda y siempre estuvo limpia pero el primer dia tuvimos que ir a recepcion porque el techo tiraba agua pero lo arreglaron en menos de 10 min, nos regalaban dos botellas de agua pequeñas todos lo, te y cafe. Tomando en cuenta que estamos en un desierto y el agua es preciada nos sorpendio estoy y que el agua que se compra tambien estuviera con el cambio economica. Ahora, solo hubo un restaurante que valio la pena y fue el italiano que esta un poco escondido, la atencion y la comida deliciosa. Si pueden no coman en el buffet nada, tanto desayuno como almuerzo fueron un decepcion para nosotras, mejor es el room service ya ue el menu es limitado y viene lo que exactamente pediste. El dia viernes fui al buffet de almuerzo el cual obviamente hay que pagar y estuve intoxicada hasta ayer 23 de agosto, fui a la clinica del hote donde me atendieron el mismo dia jueve y de verdad excelentes los chicos pero tambien hubo que pagar algo que fue ocasionado por la comida del hotel. El cambio antes y despues del covid. a sido abismal todo se paga, hasta jugar pool tiene un costo adiconal es cierto que con el cambio es poco dinero, pero si desanima ver letreros por todas partes cobrando algo diferente. El wifi cuesta 15 libras 24 horas, las mismas es por aparato si llevas tu tablet o compu son 15 por cada una 24 horas, es tan ridiculo que desanima. Lo unico bueno en realidad fue el spa en el cual nos cobraroon 700 le, por unos tratamientos corporales espectaculares. Creo que si incluyeran algunas de las cosas que cobran ya en el precio de la habitación no se desanimara tanto uno. Mucho cuidado con que comer, ha sido una semana horrible para mi despues de que solo comiamos alli. Si no me equivoco se pagaron $300.00 por esas dos noches y ademas los imnumerables cobros.
