The outside looks like the hotel room will be outdated but to my surprise the room was nice and the bathroom was renovated. It very clean. I would highly recommend this place.

This is an older property in an oil field area. They renovated on a show string. The cost was excessive, as there are no amenities whatsoever. They market $52.00 a night; however, the property fee takes this to over $72.00 per night. Loud and rowdy. I slept with the sofa pushed in front of my door. Would not recommend females stay here.

The hotel charges an additional $18 dollar service fee when you arrive.. what it’s for they don’t tell you. If you pay when you get there they also charge an additional $100 deposit. Best option pay on the app so you aren’t charged that $100. The hotel owners are nice - everyone I have dealt with upon check in is really friendly. The rooms are renovated and look really nice.. the beds are comfortable and it’s never dirty or smells bad. The bathrooms have been renovated the showers are very nice. It was very quiet and no one bothered me. The price was a little high once you add in the service fee but over all I would say it’s better than a lot of places that charge more to stay
