We checked into Park Hotel & Spa in Tsilivi and were shown to room 103 on the ground floor. The room was advertised as a 'deluxe' room and as 'modern accommodation'. Unfortunately the room was scruffy and uncomfortable. Some of the issues included a bed where we could feel the springs in the mattress, no pool view (as advertised because we were below ground level), a damaged kettle that wouldn't turn off when boiling, shower head and door hinges that were rusted, shower door lock that didn't work, damage to the shower room door frame, cracked tiles, Expelair that didn't work, no internet signal (as advertised) etc. We went to reception and asked if we could be upgraded, to which she said "the hotel is full and there are no rooms available for the duration of your stay". We were so upset that we decided to book alternative accommodation at a cost of £802 to us. We don't believe the hotel justifies a 4* rating, and was nothing like advertised. We have had to pay over £1100 for the alternative accommodation and transport (and breakfasts). We have holidayed with Jet2 on numerous occasions previously and never had a complaint. Indeed, we have always recommended them to friends and family. We paid Jet2 £2154 for this substandard holiday and will not be using Jet2 again.
