I think is the best hotel in the area, a little bit old, the furniture and amenities need improvement, but overall is a good choice!

Habitación y baño, extremadamente chico, muy mal mantenido. Muebles grandes y viejos. Mala iluminación, no se podía leer. El baño, muy pequeño, sin espacio para colocar los productos de aseo. Muy incómodo. Muy malo el servicio de desayuno y cena; trabajan con grandes grupos y no alcanzaban a reponer los alimentos antes de que se acabaran. Pésima experiencia, no lo recomiendo.

Este Best Western es un hotel en la práctica de tres estrellas, sin pena ni gloria. Tienes una habitación limpia donde se puede dormir razonablemente y con los servicios básicos de este tipo de hotelería.

I stayed two nights in a single accommodation at this hotel. The room was almost exactly as pictured on their website. It is pretty typical of a chain hotel anywhere in the world. The room was immaculate, although the shower, even with the door closed properly, leaked. Have a second towel ready. Outlets were sufficient, one being above the bed in what I first though was a light switch. The breakfast buffet was plentiful.

The restaurant at this hotel is wonderful! We arrived late, less than an hour before the restaurant closed and we ate on site for convenience. We were so glad we did! Excellent home cooked food and desserts. The hotel is older and charming. Had a slight issue when we checked in because the front desk staff does not hav access to the ******* bookings, apparently only the manager, so they could not confirm my booking. They did get us in a room, and just had me email all of the screenshots of our reservation to them to sort it in the morning. When we went down they had it all squared away so no issues. Just a heads up if you book close to your arrival on the evening. We would definitely stay again!

The room was smaller than what i ordered. From reception, I received a reason for that something like: "oh, it was an international booking so we do not have this in our platform. did you pay? Let me see how we could recover the money from the reservation, because, the booking is in their hotels chain ...."
Also, in the bathroom was a problem - i had to take care, after each shower, do not let the water to enter into the room.
The view of the room was great.

This is an old, dated hotel that should not be branded Best Western. The rooms are very dated and small. They claim to be a 3-star hotel but definitely is not. 2-star at most...I would not recommend this hotel if staying in the area. There are surely better options.

Everything was great.....we spend 2 nights here and really was a big surprice.... Very clean,very hot ,but in January this is a good think,and in the restaurant was just 'ok',i can't say great or delicios because: --in our first breakfast we didn't have many thinks to choose --and is very expensive
