The hotel facility is relatively good. However, the booking system is a problem! At Richmond Hotel Akita Ekimae, when we checked in at 7pm, the receptionist said our booking was for 23:30~05:00 check-in time. Check-in other than this period will require a surcharge of Yen $2000. How would anyone expect on a regular booking that the check-in time would be in the midnight?! Ok, since we "overlook", we paid. However, 2 days later when we checked in the same brand name hotel at Aomori (Richmond Hotel Aomori), the receptionist asked us if we need a smoking or non-smoking room. I told them I booked for non-smoking room. They said their system didn't show that, and they didn't have a non-smoking room now; if we need that, an additional charge of Yen $2000 is required. What?!!!!! 1) If you don't have a non-smoking room, why ask if we need one when we check-in? 2) Isn't a non-smoking room should be at a non-smoking floor? If you have one, we should be given one when we asked for it. If you don't have one, how would you make one when we pay the extra charge?

This is the 2nd time I stay at Richmond at Aomori and 3rd time I stay in a Richmond hotel in as many trips to Japan. Although they do not have the best locations, as in within 5 mins walk from train station, they make up with their very good spread of breakfast. This is something I look forward to every time I stay at Richmond.

This is one of my favorite hotels i. Aomori prefecture. Staff is great. People are friendly. Location is perfect and indoor parking is the “ heat”!

酒店乾淨整潔，值得推薦。 酒店十字路口斜對面就是機場快線。 附近幾百米飯館很多，和牛燒烤吃到撐，價格都很便宜。 對滑雪的中國人來説，相比大和酒店離去八甲田的班車位置稍微偏一點。

酒店位置距離青森車站步行約15分鐘，酒店樓下即有超商，十分便利，客房乾淨整潔，房間備品可以在酒店大堂自取，有提供泡湯劑可以在房間浴室使用，客房窗外景色開闊，心曠神怡。

ที่พักดีมาก ห้องใหญ่มี พวก set อาบน้ำให้เลือกหยิบเอง อ่างอาบน้ำดีมาก ในโรงแรมมีที่จอดรถ แต่เสียค่าจอดคืนละ 900 เยน อาหารเช้าดี แต่หงุดหงิดมากที่โยเกิร์ตแอปเปิ้ลหมดแล้วไม่มีการเติมทั้งที่เหลืออีก 45 นาที กว่าจะหมดเวลาอาหารเช้า อันนี้ไม่โอเค แต่เตียงนอนสบายมากๆ

친절하고 위치도 좋고 방도 정말 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 하지만... 리셉션에 있는 직원분들 영어실력이 조금 부족합니다. 번역기를 쓰시는데 잘못 이해가 될수도 있으니 확인 한번더 꼭 하세요

房間大。在房間能看到海。就是離車站略遠。

離青森站1公里不到，走走也可以，離商業街不遠。 設施：非常貼心，什麼都有，包括睡衣。 衞生：乾淨 環境：好像是四星，不過日本酒店房間還是挺小。 服務：服務態度👌

清潔感があり素敵なホテルです。1階にコンビニやパン屋さんなどあり、利便性もあり満足しています。

能自助式入住/退房，適合社恐人士。 跟青森站也是走約15分鐘距離，不過也有公車可以搭，值得一提的是青森到新青森不一定能劃到位，這時候酒店附近的公車（走約2分鐘）可以到新青森站。 設施比另一家好我覺得，也有自助式的飲料機在每層的電梯口；櫃檯那層也有傘可以借。 最後酒店旁有蕎麥麵館，值得一吃。

拖着行李箱在雪地上走，從JR青森站到酒店大概要20分鐘。前枱服務人員態度親切有禮。酒店新和乾淨。

酒店有停車場供住客使用，¥900一晚，雖然附近有不少户外停車場，但平價的都爆滿，因此酒店的性價比不錯。房內空間也足夠，非常滿意！
