Hotel de la Poste

Do not stay here. The hotel (at least the “Annex”) is not safe. We left early after someone tried to break into one of our rooms at 5am using the room key from the reception (banging on the door, trying to open the door with the key, trying to open the door by putting things in the door to get the lock to open). We also had the cleaning staff make a fake bill for laundry (on hotel invoice paper) and demand money from us in our room in exchange for our laundry. The hotel management is aware of the problems; we complained at length to the management and it was clear they had an existing safety/security issue in their “annex” (which is the older part of the hotel, a separate building from the new hotel). Regarding the new hotel: it has the same staff as the old hotel, so if there are issues of security that due to individual staff members, I would not trust staying in either hotel.

Hotel has two parts a new and old One with different prices. New One cost double . As for the old it's a low 3 stars hotel but no service in It. No elevator , no food no wifi . Personnel not really client oriented . At full night 2 am receptionist allow people to enjoy internal pool without any respect for other guests. We had no TV for 2 days . AC working good but only in the rooms with new machine . The new One has a clean external pool , good service and receptionist available to help . Food at restaurant it's good .

come spesso accade da queste parti, il wifi non funziona se non all’ingresso dell’hotel. ci saranno 5 reti diverse in camera, ma nessuna funziona. l’aspetto positivo di questo hotel, oltre la posizione, è l’ampiezza delle camere e anche il bagno era abbastanza grande

Établissement fraîchement rénové à l’ambiance froide sans grand intérêt. Bonne situation, chambre confortable mais une odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain, une grande terrasse avec une belle vue mais à ce prix nous attendons des prestations à la hauteur comme la wifi accessible dans les chambres, nous avons retrouvé des morceaux de verres et un cafard, nous étions en chambre familiale et nous aurions appréciés avoir à disposition au moins une serviette par personne plus d’oreillers et des couvertures, du savon, un anti moustique, un sèche cheveux ect… le buffet du petit déjeuner est ravitaillé au compte goutte les produits proposés sont bons mais il n’est pas complet il manque des fruits, de la charcuterie,du fromage mais il y a un crêpier qui est en plus adorable ! La salle de restauration ressemble à un hall de gare qui n’invite pas à s’installer. Ascenseur en panne regrettable alors que nous étions au 3eme étage avec 2 enfants en bas âge… Le personnel est cordial. Navette aéroport gratuite appréciable.

Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux de Farida, très belle chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, terrasse/salon privés avec vue sur la belle piscine de l'hôtel et la magnifique baie de Diego. Personnel efficace, réactif, à la fois discret et à l'écoute du client. Le restaurant est de la même qualité, pour les déjeuners comme pour les dîners. Un excellent endroit pour une étape détendue et gourmande. A bientôt Farida ! ML
