Definitely I will go again. A calm nature and friendly staff. Rooms are very classy and clean. Highly recommended. I think this suits more for business travels since it’s closed to the city center. I didn’t get a time for shopping but there is. Shopping center called ‘360’ near to the hotel.

We recently had a wonderful 14 night stay at the Apart Best Hotel in GOP. The hotel was located in a prime location, one block off a Main Street in GOP which had several shops, stores, restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was a two bedroom apart suite (I can’t remember what it was actually called). You entered by one door, and from that door there was a little entry way with two more doors. One door led into the suite which was large and comfortable. The suite included a full living room with balcony overlooking the city (I would say the best view of Ankara from anywhere) kitchen with stove, oven sink and fridge, full bathroom with a washing machine (which for a two week stay totally came in handy). Lastly, of course the bedroom with a queen size bed and I. Room safe. The other door led to its own hotel room, with bed, tv and its own bathroom. I went with a friend and it was ideal as we each got to enjoy the common living area but each had our own bathroom. The room is dated, but is very comfortable, clean and feels like home. I only have one negative comment and that was the internet which was very poor and spotty. I got over it though as I was on holiday and shouldn’t have been on my phone or iPad anyway. As for the services of the hotel, the pool area was fantastic with patio doors out to a garden area where you could sit on a sunny Ankara day. There is a full service restaurant/bar which has a full array of items and is delicious and the price is right! Breakfast is served daily and I highly recommend the chefs homemade simit (they were incredible). The staff off the restaurant were unreal, super friendly and made you feel even more at home. In fact, the entire team made the stay and experience more than top notch and more than five star. They were accommodating, friendly, caring and ready to help you in a second. By the end of the two weeks they were like old friends who genuinely cares about how you were doing. As someone who travels regularly both for work and pleasure, they are the reason that the Apart Best Hotel in Ankara is the place to stay when you are away. I again want to thank the staff for an amazing stay and an amazing time. We will be back and if you ever need someone to recommend you or a star for your commercial, I’m your guy! El hotel de la corte es de alto nivel, como ubicación, limpieza, instalaciones y el servicio del personal.

Estuve por negocios 2 dias en el Occidental Ankara. La ubicación es excelente. Muy buen trato del personal y buena relación calidad-precio. Baños nuevos. La cama, amplia y comoda, inmejorable. Por la noche nos pasamos por el bar, y también muy buen servicio. Por poner alguna pega, al desayuno le faltaba algo de variedad, pero el zumo de naranja recién exprimido lo compensaba con creces.

I had a love-hate experience with this hotel. I love its sense of luxury (except their SPA which can be better), and at the same time i hate the experience with the safety box incidence in my room which leads to the damage of my limited collection Timberland leather bag. But then i love the way they handled the incidence. After a series of negotiation, they bought me to a Panora Mall and let me choose a Tommy Hilfiger bag as a replacement. Of course the negotiation was not easy, but i congratulate them for finally deciding to do what is right to make a customer happy. Special thanks go to Mr Murak (one of the managers) who accompanied me to the mall and buy a new bag. When the incidence happened, i complained to three Managers, but only Mr Murak had the sense of empathy and followed up with this case closely till the top management of the hotel came down to tell me the good news of bag replacement. Thank you Mr Murak and team!

I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

No hay cama, ya estás en camas arriba. El suelo de la habitación está sucio, el armario está roto, el minibar está vacío. ¡O lo he pasado todo limpiando la cabaña de bar, amigo! Había un cigarrillo en la cabaña de cigarrillos. No hay luz en los corredores. Es el peor hotel que he tenido en mi vida, pero me desperté antes de que me herieran, pero podría haber tomado una microbia de la mierda, y espero que no muera en dos semanas.

This hotel is ideal for anyone coming to Ankara looking to stay in a comfortable and modern hotel that is located in a good part of the city and close to many attractions, recreational avenues and restaurants as well as walking distance from a vibrant part of Ankara known as Kızılay. The entire staff is very friendly and ready to assist throughout the day. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed and the rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated. My biggest concern whenever I travel is the cleanliness of the room and the rooms in this hotel are definitely very clean and the standard seems to be consistently maintained. They also have Starbucks available in the hotel which is another plus point for days when you just want to grab some coffee and don’t want to go too far. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with a mix of Turkish delicacies and other continental items. The service is fast and everyone is very attentive as well. They have a great seating section spread over 2 floors and even a small space outside for the cooler months which is great. The hotel is located in the Embassy district so if you’re coming to Ankara for any official work or to apply for visas, it’s advisable to stay near the embassy in case you need to go back and forth for documents or any printing/photocopying services which the hotel is also able to assist with. I think all the major embassies situated in Ankara are within 7-15 minutes away from the hotel. Holiday Inn hotels are always good value for money and this one certainly is worth your time and money if you want affordable luxury accommodation in the capital city! Would definitely recommend it to all types of travelers going to Ankara in the near future

La ubicación es increíble,muy seguro y a 1 minuto a pie de la avenue.Rooms are extra clean and luxury.I will definitely visit this place again as we enjoyed King room as a couple, No obstante, el personal de recepción de turnos de día no estaba contento de trabajar porque era obvio de su comportamiento, no bienvenido, entramos en el hotel y negativamente preguntaron nuestras identidades. No se dio ninguna información, no se ofreció ningún campanario, y cuando entramos en la recepción ni siquiera preguntaron ni dijeron nada como les dije que teníamos reserva. ¡En este tipo de hoteles de calidad no esperaba esto! Además, ni siquiera nos dijeron nuestro piso, así que supongo que desde el número de nuestra tarjeta todo lo que estaban mirando mal cuando entramos y salíamos. y útil.Después de haber entrado en nuestra habitación pasó aproximadamente 30 minutos y no pude conectar a Wi-Fi así que llamé recepción y lo que me dijeron fue que no iniciaron nuestro procedimiento de inicio de inicio en el sistema así que debo esperar a conectar Wi-Fi, lo que quiero decir Aquí no vimos a ningún huésped que se ingresó, el hotel no estaba abundante y por supuesto pensé que después de haber recibido nuestra información y dejarnos ir a la habitación, por supuesto, el procedimiento de ingreso debería terminar, pero lo que oí fue que ni siquiera lo comenzaron. La habitación no estaba preparada para nosotros, porque no tenía agua complimentaria, jamón de champú/douche, toallas. Supongo que de nuevo es el recepcionista error.El personal de la noche en la recepción fue mucho mejor y positivo.Aparte de que está bien situado,cerca de embajadas y atracciones,Bien equipados habitaciones con auténtico lujo y alta tecnología.Disfrutado cada minuto de nuestra estadía ¡Ya recomendado a los amigos que visitarán Ankara!
