El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas. La recepción y el check-in estaban bien, nos mostraron nuestras habitaciones (el otro par recibió fruta y vino ...we sólo tenía bebidas suaves en nuestra habitación que era un poco de hicup.) Día 1 a pesar de no ser capaz de conseguir una cama de sol en ninguna piscina o en la playa que teníamos más La cena del restaurante Candia en la noche de mi cumpleaños. Encontramos nuestro primer día difícil ... todo es un escaneo qr ...Todos los menús, directorios, mapa etc ...do tienes que encontrar todo para ti mismo ...y el resto del tiempo que se revered a concierge. tampoco hay información sobre el entretenimiento del hotel ni ...it El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El restaurante principal es hermoso, la comida es deliciosa, pero no es la misma que una experiencia de restaurante donde se puede vestir para cenar y disfrutar del tiempo con los amados. La excepción nos dijo que el hotel es muy ocupado y que era que ...hay una verdadera falta de empatia. No me sorprendería si se tratara de una política de 2 restaurantes por habitación. El hotel es hermoso, bien mantenido y el restaurante y el bar están todos maravillosos, pero dudo que lo recomendaríamos a otros ...lejos de relajarse, ha sido bastante duro trabajo.

We visited for 4 nights just as the hotel opened for the season. All in all this was a great place to chill.for a short break. Staff were all brilliant 5 out of 5. Food although the selection isn't huge the food was well cooked and tasty, especially enjoyed the Greek themed night. All inclusive drinks were not bad for local brands and drinks served in glass apart from of course around the pool which you expect. Location is nice beach at the front and 40 min or so walk to Hersonisos we enjoyed the walk but quite hilly on the way back for those less able but taxi can be arranged from hotel. The rooms are a little dated but we found the beds very comfy. The pools were freezing even though weather was very good for the time of year average of 23 or 24 each day. As start of season no entertainment on an evening and during the day only one bar open so you would want to be down by the main pool. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would return lots of different nationalities enjoying the hotel and a good vibe. No early rush either for a sun lounger which I always dread, not sure if that would be so easy in high season though.

El Aquila Atlantis Hotel ha sido sinónimo de desarrollo de la ciudad durante 50 años, atrayendo a celebridades y personas de todas las caminadas de la vida. El hotel fue reconstruido en 2013 y cuenta con una decoración tranquila y una paleta de colores, que ofrece un bar/sala relaxante en el lobby, unas vistas fantásticas sobre la ciudad desde su piscina de techo, habitaciones amplias y modernas, y personal profesional y amigable.

Muy mal check-in, la habitación es pequeña, la comida es desagradable La suite reservada, ya sea una suite o no, al menos el área no es de 32 ~ 36 metros cuadrados como se muestra en la página de reserva. No hay televisión en la cama. El sofá es viejo y tiene una sensación de suciedad. Nota Las flores las compra usted mismo, por lo que puede mejorar su estado de ánimo. El hotel le impide reembolsar y cambiar de hotel. En resumen, este hotel ya no vivirá. En términos de cinco estrellas, tiene un nombre falso. Es más caro que el hotel NJV plaza en la plaza Syntagma en Atenas. La habitación de 28 metros cuadrados parece mucho más espaciosa que la de 32 metros cuadrados. La comida en el restaurante del hotel es muy normal, el desayuno es demasiado pobre, el restaurante en el quinto piso también es desagradable, la pasta cremosa es tan desagradable y es salada Reservé un coche de alquiler por 300 euros a través de la recepción. Arreglé un auto súper descompuesto y pedí pagar por adelantado. Me quedé sin palabras cuando vi el auto. En resumen, no vale la pena alojarse en este hotel. Tampoco es el nivel de un hotel de cinco estrellas.

We just finished a four night stay at Mitsis Laguna and can’t wait to go back. We stayed in the Royal Suite which was a total splurge and completely wonderful. But the property as a whole is very well designed so every room is convenient to everything. The walkout pool rooms and ocean view rooms all looked fantastic as well. Even though we arrived with no dinner reservations and the resort was fully booked, the concierge got us reservations for exactly what we wanted. Our favorite was the Cretan restaurant — the food was amazing and our service (Thursday June 15 was exceptional!!!). The main restaurant (buffet) was very good as well and even in peak hours we never waited more than a couple minutes to be seated. Incredible! We also loved that there is late night buffet food served until 4am along with a late night bar — we were never up quite that late but we did arrive at midnight hour first night and were thrilled to be able to eat hot food! The central pool is heated and an absolute delight to swim in. Seats fill up but we were still always able to snag one whenever turned up. The beach is just at the edge of the property and gorgeous — if a bit choppy for actual swimming! The food cart by the beach though was fantastic, and we hit it every day. We also loved the ice cream shop by the pool. You can rent a car at a desk in the hotel for a day or more easily — was about 60 euros and we drove the 30 minutes to visit the Palace of Knossos, admiring the coastal views along the way. Our daughter also truly loved the magic show (kudos to Rocco the magician!) and the really great arcade. This is a fantastic resort. Even though it’s a large property, you are always just steps away from whatever you need and never feel like you’re part of a crowd. The service from literally everyone is so wonderful. I am writing this from the airport and we are sitting here planning our next Mitsis vacation. Highly recommend.

Sólo brillante en todo el barrio. Gracias a todo el personal, una excelente base para cualquier tipo de visita. 5 estrellas de nosotros, cualquiera que sea el ranking oficial.

Lo mejor para mi fueron su situación y un muy completo desayuno bufet. Las habitaciones estaban bien pero el baño era minúsculo. Tuvimos un problema con una habitación y nos la cambiaron rápido . Nada mas salir del hotel tienes una calle peatonal con cantidad de tiendas ,restaurantes y bares por las calles de alrededor con mucho ambiente. El museo arqueológico,que es una auténtica maravilla, está justo al lado. Hotel de todas todas recomendable.

We arrived by overnight ferry from Athens (Minoan Lines) and the hotel was so close to the port that we decided to walk there as we were backpacking. It took us 10-15 minutes. We entered the hotel at 8AM and were stunned to learn that all three of our rooms were ready for us (6 adults total). I'm sure it was because we were there in the off-season, but it was still a pleasant surprise. The rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. My sister had done a lot of research on restaurants, so we ate most of our breakfasts at one called Crop a few blocks away which was terrific. Net, we didn't pay for/eat the breakfast that the hotel provided up on the top floor. I ran up one morning to check and it looked fine (bread, processed meats, cheeses, a few other things) but nothing that would make you say you had to eat breakfast there. The view was incredible, however. Our rooms did not have ocean views - we faced the street. There were other hotels and apartment buildings nearby and it seemed like a quiet part of town, but again we were there in the off-season. We checked out on our last day around 11AM and they let us store our bags in a locked closet until around 7PM when we caught the overnight ferry back to Athens - very helpful. The staff was lovely, the rooms clean, the location (for our purposes) was terrific so I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
