Great friendly team, place is quirky but rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, grear choice and good quality. All in all I would recommend and will stay again. Free parking is a bonus.

We needed a cheap overnight stop whilst going out to visit friends. The White Hart is in a perfect locatikn for Andover town centre. Fantastic value. Overall would benefit from a refurb but looking at the proce we paid it was absolutely perfect.

We generally had an enjoyable stay at the White Hart. It's great value for money and the breakfast was nice both mornings. The reception staff and evening bar staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Leaking guttering meant water poured out onto flat roof keeping me awake for a few hours.The next night I was awoken by a drunk guest banging on my door at 5am. (not hotels fault clearly) That aside all staff helpful & even sorted breakfast for us early Sunday morning before the scheduled time which was really appreciated.

Another town centre hotel in desperate need of a refurbishment. Whole place has a shabby feel to it. Really odd layout of random chairs and tables make the public area confused and uninviting.
Only good thing was breakfast served by someone who made you feel like an intruder.
The fire door wedged open by my room was not good.

The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. There could be some seepage at the bath tub as there was a pool of water on the toilet floor after my shower, even though there was a glass door to stop water from splashing over to the floor.
The car park is conveniently placed. The English breakfast is nice. The location is good as there is supermarket nearby and a nice Turkish restaurant next to it.

The best part of it was the bed we we ordered a takeaway breakfast and they said it would be in the fridge behind the desk and it wasn’t
