Awsm experience with the hotel, room service was also good, but best part is staff behaviour. I recommend increase salary we extend our stay as staff was very supportive. Neat and clean property with Front Gate hotel. We booked the rooms via Online breakfast was also ok.

Good rooms, service and location. Staff is very polite and friendly. Really doing a good job to ensure your stay is comfortably,we booked the hotel and also during our stay. Overall our stay was very comfortable, very courteous staff, good rooms with nice interiors, bathroom was a bit small though, delicious food, service was also very good. Would love to come back again.

Have stayed here before for its location close to the golden temple and shopping area. Decent hotel. The rooms are showing some signs of wear and tear now. Since the hotel is running full, expect some wait at check in. Staff is courteous and helps in a smooth experience

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. There are so ***y things to list down. First of all we were given a "delux room" which was so cramped and smelled very bad. They didn't even have basic facilities such as hot water in that so-called deluxe room. When we tried to call the reception we found that the extension lines were also not working. So we had to go all the way down from third floor to ask for it. We were provided with a heating rod which again like other things was not working so we had to run down again. They found another one after searching for 20 minutes. There were so ***y amenities mentioned on Make my trip but most of them were not available. Even the towels that we got (that too after asking) were dirty. All of this cost us an additional hour due to which we missed visiting one of the places in our planned itinerary. Even after having such poor facilities they had the audacity to ask for additional charges because we reached three hours prior to their check in time, which usually is considered by hotels. Surprisingly when we received invoice from treebo the additional charges which we paid were nowhere mentioned. We booked the hotel only because Treebo's name was associated with it. However highly disappointed with the services. We think that they also demeaned Treebo's brand name with their lack of hospitality and attitude.

Hotel staff were helpful , check-in and out was smooth, had a great breakfast and clean rooms with A.c. rest bit far away from main market places and local market, Parking was also available but outside the hotel.
