We spend 5 days in this hotel, and we fell in love with the place. The level of there service is a top notch. The staff are so pleasant especially in bar, the barman (i forgot the name) which served us for 4 nights is unreal the nicest and most friendly. He made our stay extra special. He made good cocktails and his white sangria is super nice (i highly recommend). The rooms interior is superb with a great view, also very specious, so as the bathroom and the balcony. The bed is so comfy and there is a turndown service at night with chocolates left on the bed. The cleanliness is also very good. There was apartments beside the hotel which is good for families. Also, a golf course with beautiful landscape. We had a very relaxing stay and I was using the indoor heated pool almost everday. There was also an outside swimming pool wich I believe lovely to use during summer time. The breakfast is a buffet style that serves hot food and continental which had a variety of choices. The pastries are gorgeous too, my favourite is pastel de nata. We will definetly go back in this hotel resort for a relaxing holiday. It is about 20 minutes drive from Obidos town and the oldtown (a must to visit) with great character. We noticed people are very friendly. P.S. there was beautiful beaches close by, just few minutes drive. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and pampering holiday.

Maravillosa la vivienda y el entorno. Una urbanización muy cuidada y tranquila con ambiente familiar y relajado. La casa no puede estar mejor equipada, no le falta detalle y es súper confortable. Un lujo. Muchísimos planes para hacer en los alrededores, obidos y su muralla, playas, Lisboa a 1 hora, y mucho deporte!

We stayed at the “Campanile” hotel in Caldas de Rainha for three nights during October. It was a pleasant stay, in a modern hotel with easy access to main roads, a supermarket near-by, free parking and a room with all amenities. As is the custom lately there is only soap no shampoo, so bring some. The location is in a convenient spot for day trips to close destinations, like the Obidos Castle, the Nazere lighthouse, the Fatima shrine or the Buddha Garden of Eden; all these are within an hour drive. There was a misunderstanding between ******* and the hotel regarding the cost of breakfast. We had seen “included” when booking, but the hotel asked for pay; ******* promised to reimburse us for the cost (6 Euro/day/person). We would recommend this hotel for its location, amenities and low cost.

We really enjoyed our week in Inatel. Big and comfortable bedroom, very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent location, from our room we had the nice view of Óbidos lake and the sea. Just 30 minutes from Caldas da Rainhas. I recommend without fear you won’t be disappointed. We’ll be returning there happily.

Lo mejor para mí fue la comida, es un comedor pequeño, sin grandes variedades, pero con una comida casera y muy rica. En mi caso, soy celíaca e intolerante a la fructosa, y se portaron muy bien conmigo, cuidaron mucho mi alimentación y me sirvieron con mucho cuidado, todos los alimentos. Mi agradecimiento a la cocinera, y al personal del comedor. Aunque con el resto del personal no tuve tanto trato, lo poco que tuve fue también muy agradable. Las habitaciones están reformadas, son bonitas y están limpias. Sin duda recomiendo este hotel para cualquier tipo de estancia

Paguei mais um pouco por um upgrade, mas em nada compensou esse gasto. O quarto que nos foi atribuído, embora aparentemente razoável, tinha bastante pó nas mesas de cabeceira, não tinha tomadas elétricas suficientes, ou seja, tivemos que desligar candeeiros para poder carregar os telemóveis e uma das toalhas de banho estava rasgada. De referir que, normalmente num hotel de 4 estrelas, também oferecem um roupão e chinelos durante a estadia e não foi o caso. Para além disso, ficámos num quarto que ficava num piso equivalente a um 3° andar e não havia elevadores naquela ala do hotel. Fora as questões com o quarto e o acesso ao mesmo, tivemos de marcar uma hora para usufruir da piscina interior. Qual não foi o nosso espanto, quando chegou a nossa hora de usufruir estavam mais 6 pessoas lá! (A piscina interior não é grande, por isso, o facto de haver 8 pessoas a usufruir ao mesmo tempo, fez com que ninguém conseguisse nadar nem estar completamente à vontade). Juntando a isto, a mobília da esplanada junto à piscina exterior, estava suja, com teias de aranha e não tinha sequer uma almofada para dar algum conforto. Finalmente, e a cereja no topo do bolo desta experiência, fizemos ums reserva na receção na altura do check-in, para jantar no restaurante do hotel às 20h30. Ora, quando lá chegámos, o empregado informou-nos que devido a uma falha de comunicação da receção, eles não tinham tido conhecimento da nossa reserva e, portanto, só haviam 2 pratos disponíveis e nem sequer tinham entradas. De positivo, apenas o staff que foi sempre simpático e disponível, mas com muito pouca autonomia para tentar melhorar a situação. Enfim, uma experiência muito àquem da expectativa e um hotel que não merece as 4 estrelas.

Le sobra una estrella, el personal es amable, no tienen la culpa pero el zumo de naranja no es natural y hablamos de un 4 estrellas, la cafetería de la piscina el café está frío, dicen que no pueden hacer nada, en la zona del bar la carta no tiene nada que ver con lo que te sirven, la maquina de zumo lleva años sin funcionar, los desayunos no hay nadie que atienda al momento unos huevos fritos recién hechos o un revueltos, están fríos dentro de una bandeja con calor por debajo, la comida (bufet es horrible también) nada caliente todo en servicios para que tú te sirvas que ni en los peores hoteles de benidorm, a favor habitaciones grandes y el spa, pero sobra una estrella. Como bi hay competencia porque bi hay mas hoteles en la zona y los dos que hay son de ellos, pues no hacen nada por mejorar.
