We arrived after midnight as our flight was delayed , we were greeted by a lovely young man who helped with our cases and showed us to our room. The room was very nice, modern and clean, great ensuite shower room., fridge with bottles of water. We went back to the bar and were able to get drinks before going to bed. The breakfast was good, nice terrace to sit outside. Loved this hotel, great place to stay near the airport and easy to find with a sat nav, highly recommend. Brilliant staff.

Stayed in suite with sea view. The view was amazing. The room was lovely, bed super comfy. There was a nice vanity table to get ready at. Bathroom was big and clean. The service at reception were very helpful. The location was great right in old town but not too noisy - music from restaurant in evening but I liked it and church bells on Sunday. I really enjoyed my stay here and was very happy with the suite. Couple of things to point out: there was no furniture on the balconies and aside from a pouf, no furniture in room to move outside. So meant nothing to sit on to enjoy balcony and it’s view. Also the curtain was only half curtain so to block out light need to shut the shutters which then restricts air. I didn’t mind but if you want darkness to sleep might need to bring eye mask. Like I said only minor things. Overall great place. Hot water - i mention as I know this is important to people :)

Todo el hotel se ve limpio y bonito. Ofrecen bastante variedad de comida tanto para comer como para desayunar, incluyendo algunos platos tradicionales. Sin duda, lo mejor es el servicio: todos los trabajadores son agradables, educados y eficientes. Además, con un nivel bueno de inglés para los turistas. En cuanto a la localidad, está situado a escasos minutos del puerto y de la playa, y está rodeado de tiendas, farmacias y restaurantes de buena calidad.

Los apartamentos están a 10 minutos a pie de la ciudad principal y a 5-6 minutos de la playa. Hay muchos lindos cafés cerca para el desayuno. Aunque se llama un apartamento no hay cocina para preparar una pequeña comida- sólo cocina, cafetera y nevera. Quizás debí haber comprobado lo que se incluyó en la cocina antes de reservar. No tuvimos una gran experiencia en las primeras 2 noches, ya que el AC no estaba enfriando en nuestra habitación y nos preparamos para comprobar en lugar de arruinar nuestras vacaciones, pero se ofreció un apartamento diferente donde el AC funcionaba bien. Excelente ubicación a dos pasos del centro histórico. Habitaciones espaciosas. Personal muy amable. Limpieza realmente inviable. Quien llega en coche recuerda que se trata de un hotel central, pero siempre encontramos en los parques. Exactamente para la posición central, la mañana es un poco ruidoso y las tendas no son muy oscuras. Sin embargo, recomendado para la relación calidad-precio en Chania
