Mi hija terminó en el hospital la noche antes de que llegáramos al hotel, te llamé para cambiar mi reserva o reembolsarme, simplemente rechazaste mi solicitud.

Hotel normalito ... sin balcón en la habitación triple, servicio de habitaciones para ser revisado realmente no tiene sentido pedirle a recepción que venga a limpiar la habitación ... ¡buena suerte a todo el equipo!

It was great holiday in hotel Soviva resort.everything was amazing food ,room ,servis everything clean and im happy here all people help us.animation they do fun and make each other happy.speacial intertament oussama he always with US and all kids live him .i will come back for sure again

I am at Hotel Soviva Sous, it is very beautiful and the room is clean and there are also a lot of beautiful games and activities such as dancing and many other things and the clothing is very nice and has what you need and there is also food in it💓💓

We enjoyed so much the holiday in Soviva hotel. Specialy the meal was really excelent. All the staff is very friendly snd smiling all the day. Rooms are spacy enough and clean. Some days temperature was arround 30 and we were enjoying the sea. Beach is sandy with umbrellas and sunbeds.

Just arrived home from our vacation in Tunisia, hotel Soviva. We were nice surprised of the service and we reccommend this hotel specially for families. The food and the animation program was excellent. All staff was smiling. Also we like the location close to the Beach, shops and city.
