"Estamos alojados en la habitación 304. Verdaderamente muy contentos de nuestra estancia en el hotel, al día de hoy todo está muy bien. Hay que resaltar la atención especial de sus trabajadores, y dentro de ellos cabe destacar a: LEYLA (Socio. Habitaciones), SALOUA (Recepción), LAMIAN (Gobernanta). Camareros: - SAID, CHAKIB, JALEK, YASSIN, LA,.... Todos super amables y atentos a cualquier cosa que necesites. Sin duda un gran equipo humano."

"I'm currently at this hotel room 383. There are pluses and minuses. It's a dated hotel for sure inside and out it needs a full makeover. Romm is a decent size but dated, had a fridge but they don't put the bottled water in it, today was 46 degrees centigrade,why have a fridge then? Aircon is included, well it would be if it was any good, thanks no asthmatic blowing through a straw, currently 29 Deg at 9.30pm. I'll go and get a cold drink then to cool down! Every bar wether it's the pool bar, horrible dirty place or the beach bar, a shed with no fridge so only beer is chilled sort of, all soft drinks are warm, did I mention it's 46 degrees today at the beach? Or the lobby bar ALL have big queues, loddy bar tonight at 9pm 25 people deep. Breakfast is poor, no way round putting it any other way, snacks at the grubby pool bay no better, evening meals are better more choice but hopefully he queues for everything, and nothing is covered, no lift up tray to keep food warm and more importantly, flu free. Rooms have a bath with a shower over, did I say it was dated? The sealer around the bath is epic, must have used a full tube and a tea Spoon to apply it, yet the bathroom still floods, it's no exaggeration, we have sed 3 towels clearing only up, and the hall way.. The beach is a fair walk through the grinds and is nice powder white fine sand, the see is shallow and no waves to speak of so no big current, nice for kids, several large jelly fish were pulled out each morning, not the hotels problem but be aware. It isn't anywhere near a European 4 ⭐, drinks, 1 beer, red, white and rose wine mostly warm or slightly chilled, handfull of local spirits, nothing to shout about, always served in tiny glasses or plastic type glass, never filled so you're always thirsty and you have to carry as many as your I can to save getting back in that bloody queue, not what you want when it's 46 degrees in the day and 28 at night. Nowhere near enough sunbeds at the pool, which start getting filled at 5.30am with towels but a good 25% don't get used until the afternoon due to greedy ******. Sunbeds at the beach are more readily available until about 9am then they are full, probably by the same people saving a pool sunbed. All staff I have met have been kind and helpful, always say hello So a quick round up, if you're thinking to stay here I would look for a bit more upmarket it's worth the extra few pounds, it's you're holiday, it's cheap because it's in need of work so it attracts the cheap seat type of customer, 4 kids , no control while the parents stand in queues to get hammered. Think it's the worst I have stayed at and I've been to 25/30 hotels over the years"

"¡Maravilloso de principio a fin! No podría recomendar más este hotel. Para mí fue el equipo del hotel. La comunidad hotelera hizo todo lo posible para conectarse con los demás y realmente pareció importarle. Mostraron orgullo por el servicio al cliente y expresaron que se toman en serio su reputación de cinco estrellas. El estándar de la habitación era increíble. Debido a que las habitaciones estaban completamente reservadas durante Navidad, tuve que cambiar de hotel para los principales días de Navidad. Me cambié al hotel más grande y supuestamente más "de lujo" de Susa. Honestamente, el cambio no valió la pena. Me di cuenta de lo excepcional que es la calidad del Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. El equipo de limpieza visitó diariamente la habitación y proporcionó artículos de tocador, albornoces limpios y agradables extras (como dulces y chocolates). Era un placer abrazar sus caras amigables con sus bromas alegres cada día. ¡La calidad de la comida fue excelente! No consumo carne ni lácteos pero eso no hizo la diferencia, realmente hay algo para todos. La selección de alimentos frescos fue increíble y ciertamente inmejorable para aquellos que había probado en otros lugares de Susa y Túnez. Los cocineros compartieron recomendaciones útiles y probé una variedad de sabores locales frescos. Este hotel era cómodo, con un equipo alegre y amigable y estaba ubicado con una vista excepcional de una hermosa playa tranquila. Me encantaría volver a alojarme allí y recomiendo encarecidamente el Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. Me gustaría extender un enorme agradecimiento al extraordinario equipo."
