Así que el hotel desde fuera y dentro del hotel está bien, habitaciones para este precio absolutamente inaceptable, higiene parece ser una palabra extraña , aunque cambiar toallas cada día pero son muy viejos con las manchas y el olor muffy, La cama se hace todos los días, pero el limpiador simplemente la habitación muy superficial, yo llevaba una llanura y he visto el pelo de las mujeres en todo el suelo, lavado de los baños estaba defectuoso, tuvo que ayudar para lavar, El personal es todo muy amable y útil, así que son 4 estrellas lo que el hotel tiene para mí me daría sólo por la ubicación y por el personal 4 no una para las habitaciones, ya que he visto cómo las habitaciones que nunca comí en el hotel, Así que no puedo decir nada sobre esto, he pagado 200 euros por una semana y me he enojado.

LLegamos a las 21:20h para hacer el check in y nos dijeron que tenían overbooking, que nos buscáramos otro hotel, y sin más nos pusieron en la calle. Teníamos tres noches pagadas. Aún no me han devuelto el dinero. No lo recomiendo, muy mala gestión.

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. El hotel tiene un ambiente muy agradable y un estilo hermoso en el que se construye, aunque las vías a la recepción pueden ser bastante largas. Las habitaciones están equipadas según su precio. Todo es un poco más viejo, pero es limpio y funciona. El personal es muy amable y útil, pero claramente tienen amigos que poseen un taxi, por lo que les dicen que no se puede llegar a Marrakech con un autobús, sino que se pueden llevar a cabo traslados privados, que son muy caros. La piscina es agradable y limpia, pero en la temporada alta puede ser un poco pequeña para mi gusto.

Esta es mi segunda vez que me quedo aquí y nunca cambiaría. No puedo recomendar este Riad lo suficiente. Este lugar es increíble, siempre viajo solo y a pesar de estar fuera de la pista golpeada, ofrece increíbles instalaciones y habitaciones. Tamraght es un pequeño pueblo, pero está desarrollando y ofrece una excelente selección de restaurantes, cafés y tiendas. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. He estado en una distinta cada vez y es increíble pensar en lo que se le da por el precio. La yoga de la mañana temprana también estaba en el orden del día que organizaron y fue el comienzo perfecto para cada día. Ya estoy reservando mi próxima estancia para principios de 2024.

La verdad que el hotel no es ni más ni menos de lo que esperaba. Creo que es justo ser conscientes que debes de esperar según a lo que pagas...pero,en general, el hotel está bien y la relación calidad-precio es buena. Lo que sí es verdad es que no está en primera línea de playa,aunque tiene acceso a través de una salida del hotel..pero a 15 minutos andando.

This is by far the oddest hotel experience of my life. The Hilton Tagazhoute is by far the nicest Hilton I've ever not stayed in, or certainly not completed a stay in. We had rented a lovely apartment almost next to the hotel and every day we went to either the beautiful Calypso club or the main hotel restaurants. Looking back through my credit card statement it was three lunches, one amazing dinner and three 'just for drinks & snacks' visits. We'd made friends with the staff, my son had been invited to surf with the waiters and we'd been treated like friends by everyone. As a treat for my last night I decided to book a room using some Hilton points. The idea was to enjoy the hotel properly and enjoy the room for a comfortable nights sleep. All going to plan and the hotel welcomed me even at 12.30...a bit cheeky, but I was genuinely excited to make the most of it. My room was amazing, sea view, super comfy bed and to top it all I was invited to a buffet on the terrace by the team. It started to go super weird about 2 hrs later when my son (who had been in the hotel 4-5 times already) came through the beach entrance and was pursued by a pretty grumpy looking security guard. He gesticulated and shouted that we must leave as we weren't guests and couldn't use the pool. An understandable mistake and it was easily rectified when I showed him my room key. All calm again. We went up to my room and at five o'clock we were treated to complimentary drinks in the bar, so far so amazing. We went out for dinner about a mile away and at some point I recall hearing some pretty loud music. I was hoping it was nowhere near the hotel but on arriving back it was obvious it was in the hotel grounds, full club music, light show, dancing. For additional context the Hilton is not a beach club vibe hotel and with average rates of over $250 a night not likely to attract a beach club crowd. We had some drinks hoping that as advertised the club would close at 11pm. By 11.30 it had only become louder and I knew I wasn't going get any sleep. At this stage I asked my son to wait whilst I grabbed my case. At this point the same security guard ran across the hotel lobby shouting at us to 'go to reception, go to reception' not entirely sure why. I packed my case and by the time I'd made it to reception there were 2 other guests complaining about the music. They were offered rooms on the other side of the hotel not overlooking Calypso where the music was coming from. It's now well after midnight and when I asked to check out I was told I couldn't and must either pay or get a different room. A bit of a stand off ensued with a further 2 guests joining the queue to complain. Finally my room was refunded and I had to walk back in the dark to our apartment, where, yes, ironically I could still hear the music! This has to be the oddest experience of my numerous Hilton stays. Still no idea what had rattled the security guard so much that he was so hostile

Hotel y personal simpa malgré les désagréments à notre arrivée à cause de l'agence de réservation, je conseil fortement l'hôtel (alimente à améliorer , avec plus de plats traditionnels)
