L’hôtel est tellement magnifique…(l’emplacement,décoration..) Dommage que les employés sont si désagréable quand ont leur demande un renseignement, surtout ceux de l’accueil. La nuit du 1 décembre nous nous sommes présentes à l’accueil pour l’enregistrement, l’accueil était si médiocre !!! Limite on les dérange de notre présence.. ( premier choc..). On a payé all inclusive… arrivé dans la chambre, le frigo vide.. et surtout pas d’eau dans la chambre !!!(2 eme choc) On téléphone a l’accueil , on nous répond qu’il fallait payer l’option chez pas quoi pour pouvoir bénéficier des boissons. Nous allons tout de même demander de l’eau a l’accueil car je dois prendre des médicaments et la (3 eme choc) on nous donne juste une petite bouteille de 33 cl ( équivalent a 1 verre d’eau)pour deux personnes.(toujours bien sur avec un regard ＜ punaise tu nous fait chier＞). Concernant le ménage des chambres : Les femmes de ménages sont très souriantes , très agréables MAIS!! La propretédes chambres c’est pas trop ca!! Surtout les toilettes et la salle de bain ,Beaucoup de taches sur le carrelage des murs et le sol devrait etre aspiré avant d’être lavé car beaucoup de saleté et poils sur les rebords. Restaurant variété et dégustation moyenne.il y a deux , trois serveurs du restaurant qui vous font des réflexions quand vous leur demandez de l’eau en plus. Spa: personnel très souriantes mais les services sont moyens. Conclusion : L’architecture de L’hôtel est au top, l’extérieur très bien entretenue , les allées, le gazon etcc… Le problème principal ce sont ( peu être pas tous bien sur) le service des employés..

Me and my wife have just returned from a great weeks stay at this hotel. It’s safe to say the hotel is now in our radar for a cheap break, especially in January! Reading the reviews before we went, we saw that it had become a mixed bag, yes there are pros and cons, but on the whole a great hotel and well worth anyone taking a look. Grounds - the grounds of the hotel are beautiful and are well maintained and cleaned. The staff obviously work very hard to keep up appearances and they have done a great job of it. We stayed round the main pool, we didn’t struggle to get a sun bed and we liked a little bit of atmosphere during the day, to be fair it wasn’t too noisy and you weren’t pestered to join in. Rooms - our room was situated in Block 6, this is central to the grounds and just on the doorstep of the main pool. The room was spacious and clean, however, we felt that it was very basic and dated, the beds weren’t the best, but all in all, served as a base for the week. Food - We really enjoyed the food in the hotel, and we consider ourselves fussy eaters! The hotel as stated in other reviews, does cater to the French, so don’t expect chicken nuggets and chips, but surely that’s what going abroad is all about. Breakfast is basic, consisting mostly omelettes, breads, cheeses and pastries, this suited us as we arnt big breakfast eaters. Lunch was easily the best meal of the day with fresh pizzas, chicken kebabs, paninis and plenty of vegetables tangines. The evening theme changed each night ranging from Mexican, Moroccan and Italian. There was always pasta, salads, bread and soup available as well as the amazing fresh food they put out, just remember your in a different county and try something new, you might be surprised! We did and loved it. Entertainment - This is where, personally, the hotel is lacking. Although the entertainment team worked hard, this was pretty much 99% aimed at and catered for the French guests. All announcements are in French, all music is in French, and all games are in French. We didn’t do any of the daytime activities so can’t really comment. In the evening the entertainment consisted of the guests and staff ballroom dancing in the bar, then French party dances, followed by a show in the theatre, we went over one night and left pretty quickly, it wasn’t our cup of tea. The all inclusive finishes at 11pm but the music stays untill 12, again we had to ask for some English songs. Location - the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are a few shops and restaurants around the hotel. We where worried about the comments relating to the music and noise from the ****** and nightclub, however we didn’t hear anything. We did go to both and enjoyed ourselves, it’s both something we wouldnt usually do! All in all the pros well outweighed the cons and I would be happy to return and recommend this hotel. The staff where all lovely and it was the perfect get away following a busy Christmas and enjoy some winter sun.

Pleasant surprise- hotel need some attention in terms of decor but nice & clean. Staff polite & attentive. Well deserved 4 stars in Africa. Mostly French guests & that’s mean wines are pretty good. Food good quality & enough to find something suitable for everyone I think. Bar manager Yusuf - great sense of humor making everyone happy .We having good time hire . Thanks to all’s staff

Where do I start … So first of all 85% of the guests in this hotel are French. They are the most rude, miserable and anti social people. I have never in my life been among such horrible people. 2nd, discrimination at its finest you can’t leave your kids in kids club unless you are French or Moroccan! 3rd, the information on the key card you are given on arrival is all lies, there’s no pool snack bar, everything opens and closes when it wants too and no pizza snack at night time either. The food some days very nice but bloody hell other days no - don’t know what the chef thinks when putting certain stuff together. And some days you can tell food is reheated from the day before. The room balconies are never cleaned they are filthy. The toilets have a weird smell of urine even when they are not used The loungers and umbrellas by the kids pool are majority broke and need changing urgently. The staff though are lovely :) it’s sad that everything else lets it down. The animation team try their best and are great too but I think they should be in a better hotel!

The staff is very friendly and always available to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the pools and gardens are very well preserved. Rooms are large, and beds are super comfortable! There are lots of activities promoted by the animators every day - which is a good thing but forget about sleeping late. The hotel is most frequented by retired couples in their 60s. As a young couple, we felt a bit out of place. The quality of the Wi-Fi is very poor. If you need to work, this is not the place for you. You will need to bring all your hygiene products (including shampoo and toothpaste). In the bathroom, there's just a multi-purpose soap dispenser on the wall - but it's not good for your hair. Also, especially if you are a woman, bring a shower cap - as you cannot shower without getting your hair wet. Overall, this hotel is excellent value for money, and we enjoyed the experience.

Hotel is very central situated in Agadir and it is a French Club. All the animation and program in the hotel is French. It you don't this avoid it. They have 2 pools. One is an animation pool and one pool with water slides. The rooms are very clean and bathrooms are recently renovated. There is a big main restaurant where they serve lunch, breakfast and dinner. They have a snackbar close to the animated pool. The garden is very and nice to have a walk.

Just been for a week , lovely hotel clean & lots to do for the children , staff are excellent here & very helpful, entertainment each day , food was delicious and lots of variety throughout the day highly recommended 👌👌👌👌👌

Lovely hotel with good sized rooms and great staff, Khalid the hospitality manager could not have done more to make us welcome, Fatama cleaned our room and made amazing towel art, Mustafa makes the best iced Irish coffee make sure you request one, the entertainment staff do not speak much English however did make a good effort to include us. Big thank you to all Wifi is less impressive you can get wifi in rooms and near the restaurant but not near the pools or most of the outside seating areas lots of locked networks so could easily be resolved. Bar near the quiet pool only serves coffee or juice when staffed and the private beach location is at least 600 plus meters with no bar/ coffee facilities.
