This was our second stay with this chain hotel. We knew to only expect the basics. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were disgusting. So flat, ragged, and worn. The two panels of double glazed windows were effective, and we did not hear any noise from the railway line that we could see from our window. It was a freight line and had very few trains. The passenger line was located further from the hotel but still within walking distance. The old town was within walking distance, and it contained many eateries. We were able to get boiling water from the restaurant in the morning to make our own coffee in the room. We had our own mugs and provisions and bought bags of ice from the Shell gas station (10-minute drive). The hotel room only contains 2 extremely small paper cups, about the size you would use for mouthwash.

Nos encontramos en el seminario durante tres noches y estabamos satisfechos alrededor. El hotel está situado directamente en el parque de Kur y frente al Salu. Hay acceso directo del hotel a la termal. El hotel está muy bien alcanzado con medios de transporte públicos. El personal fue muy atento y amable por el banco. El cuarto es lo suficientemente grande y limpio. A pesar de la ubicación en la calle, fue agradable tranquilo. El desayuno es excelente, con muchas opciones veganas. No hay envases de plástico!!! Hay un enfoque de ahorro de energía madura. Sólo puedo recomendar a esta Cámara más.

Desde principios de 2000 hemos visitado el Hotel Bergstrom muchas veces. Hemos disfrutado siempre del hotel bien mantenido y bien organizado. Después de esta estancia, no tanto. Soy consciente de 2 años de fatiga de COVID y de escasez de personal. Sin embargo, cuando hacemos una reserva esperamos la accesibilidad completa, nuestra habitación de lujo no podía ser alcanzada por falta de ascensor. Tenemos una habitación diferente, todo bien, pero esta habitación estaba situada en la calle de la fiesta donde la vida nocturna terminó 0230 y el limpieza y transporte comenzó 0500 tanto para el sueño. No estoy muy fijado en habitaciones limpias, pero por favor, quite las capas obvias de la reparación de polvo que está dañado. Esto hace la primera impresión mucho mejor. El baño fue de primera clase. La cocina de Marina está abierta todo el día, ahora sólo por la noche, por lo que es triste. Por último, para comprobar más personal en el trabajo, esperar 15 minutos para comprobar es demasiado tiempo para esperar.

El lobby del hotel entra con cierta expectativa. ¡Punta un escudo 4-Sterne-Superior al lado de la entrada. La desnudez viene rápidamente, el foco del lobby sin joyas es ..... una mesa de billar! Las decepciones siguen adelante. La joven dama en la recepción dice que no se puede dar la bienvenida o que dice un día muy bueno. Después de un breve dibujo, dice con una cara inexpresiva: ¿Qué puedo hacer? La conversación que sigue es sólo para vendernos servicios especiales. ¿No quieres reservar también el desayuno? (en el hotel vecino). También se recomienda utilizar el aparcamiento adyacente, sólo cuesta 19 euros al día, debo pagar el billete más apropiado en el hotel. Cuando dije que el precio era de 15 euros en el estacionamiento, dijo que el precio había sido aumentado y que el escudo debía ser intercambiado. Y ¡QUE HA MENTido! ¡Como he desconfiado a la mujer, he preferido pagar la tasa de estacionamiento directamente en el aparcamiento y he pagado 15 euros al día! No he visto que se mentía en la recepción para generar ingresos adicionales, pero es la impresión general de la casa. La habitación reservada era grande y tenía una gran televisión moderna. De lo contrario, estaba desconectado, mal limpiado, un anillo de habitación, en el que había tenido una silla, estaba vacío. El matracio que pasó fue soportado por una cola muy gorda. Aparentemente, teniendo en cuenta el personal de recepción, la recepción permanece intacta hasta 13.30 hora de la mañana. Por lo tanto, el personal no tiene que escuchar las quejas de los huéspedes que se van. Viajamos muchas veces y muchas veces desde hace décadas. Esta casa es una de las tres peores.

Schön und ruhig gelegenes Hotel im Grünen mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Zimmer modern und sauber, Frühstücksbüffet im kleinen, hauseigenen Restaurant/Bar mit guter Qualität, wenngleich überschaubar an Auswahl, dennoch ausreichend. Kleineres Haus von der Gästeanzahl, daher keine Massenabfertigung, was durchaus ein Pluspunkt ist.
