La habitación estaba muy, muy fría y no había calefactores. Algunas de las lámparas tampoco funcionaron, la iluminación podría mejorarse. Esto afectó mi trabajo. La construcción frente a la ventana era bastante espeluznante ya que robaba toda la luz natural y se ve bastante aterradora. Durante la primera semana, diferentes miembros del personal me dieron información diferente, lo cual fue confuso. Desafortunadamente, mis resultados de COVID se retrasaron, lo que hizo que terminara extendiendo mi estadía por dos días en el futuro. Sin embargo, el personal se disculpó y el gerente me contactó personalmente varias veces. Después de la cuarentena, me trasladaron a una habitación mucho mejor y más limpia, lo que me permitió trabajar en línea con buena luz natural y comodidades en la habitación. En general, el personal fue amable, pude ver a los chefs cocinando con medidas de higiene y todos practicaron la higiene de los alimentos, se lavaron las manos, etc. Sugerencias: Alguien me llamó a la medianoche durante mis primeros 7 días para decirme que la ropa estaba lista. Me asustó porque el momento es inaceptable para llamar a un invitado en ese momento. Quizás debería haber una mejor formación. Una vez quise tomar una copa en el restaurante / bar y el camarero me dijo que debería beber en mi habitación. Más tarde vi a otras personas bebiendo en el bar. Deben comunicarse entre sí o con el gerente para ver qué está permitido o no. El personal debe comunicarse más entre sí para una mejor comprensión, de modo que puedan informar a los clientes lo mismo y no diferentes. El personal debe comprender que, a veces, si el cliente se siente angustiado, debe reconocerlo y no disculparlo. Quizás debido a COVID, el resto de los servicios del hotel estaban cerrados, ya que me dijeron que el bar del noveno piso está cerrado, no hay spa, la tienda de joyas y regalos estaba cerrada, el gimnasio no era accesible. La ubicación es perfecta en Bole, cerca de restaurantes y cafeterías. Hay una cafetería Infiniti justo al lado del hotel, lo cual es genial. En general, creo que el personal fue amable y servicial y trató de ayudar cuando pudo. Algunos miembros del personal fueron muy amables y realmente tranquilizadores, como el personal de recepción que me ayudó a cambiarme a la nueva habitación y me dirigió al centro comercial Edna y me ayudó con el transporte, etc. Algunos de los camareros fueron muy amables y siempre preguntaron cómo Yo estaba y cómo fue mi día que fue dulce y amable. El hotel es seguro y protegido con medidas de seguridad. El gerente también se registró varias veces y personalmente me dejó en el aeropuerto, lo cual fue reconfortante y amable por su parte. Espero volver pronto y me quedaré aquí de nuevo cuando regrese a Addis.

On May 24th, 2024. We planned to do our family wedding venue place in Check In Hotel. It really was a standout out for us of several wedding venues we went so far we found check in hotel to be one of the most incredible venue ever. The foods was very delicious, savory, heavenly and mouthwatering I have to give a big of applause to Chef Mesfin and Chef Teshome, they really did serve amazingly. They were fast and looking to the dishes that ran out but within a blink of an eye they rush to make everything full. Especially to chef Mesfin OMG wow..he was really well orientated about what we want for the food and he delivered them perfectly cooked and in a spectacular way with being careful. The venue hall is so big and lovely as well the bathroom are so clean and chic everything was so great. I would love to thank the waiters as well Tsion and Abebech for servicing our guests in such mannered way and shout out to Abel the F&B controller for being very attentive listener and on point even Alemshet as well though he is a bit stiff but I can understand why he also happens to be an excellent worker. And none of this wouldnt happen if it weren't for the fabulous Rahel Assefa the marketing manager. She made us felt like home and really really did show us moreover she actually gave us an idea of how we can run our plans with decor venue. She really did shine us through her magical works. So I really do recommend to stop going on the city to find a wedding venue and head straight to CHECK IN Hotel right to Rahel and book your venue there. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk lead, Massresha, and his colleagues. Their hospitality and attentiveness were truly remarkable, and they made our stay all the more enjoyable. Massresha, in particular, was a standout member of the hotel staff. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was always available to answer any questions we had and offered helpful recommendations for things to do and see in the local area. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The daily housekeeping service was exceptional, and we were always impressed by the attention to detail shown by the staff. Overall, our stay at The Residence was truly unforgettable, and that's all thanks to Massresha and his colleagues. We appreciate all their hard work and dedication to making our stay a memorable one.
