The Residence Hotel

A small hotel in an alley with barking dogs at night. Not a neighborhood for walking around. No real bar but it was possible to buy beer. Breakfast was ok with multiple options to choose from. Room was big but the bed was too hard for me. Staff was friendly.

The room size was very good and very comfortable. The breakfast had limited menu, but sufficient. Staff was very polite and helpful. Coffee served was very good

Everything was great Masre and his staff made sure we were always looked after, quite street with close walk to most of your shopping and dining needs. Huge room with tons of space. Thank you for a great stay.

So comfy! Such nice and accommodating staff! The rooms are huge, very comfortable, and affordable at the same time. I will definitely stay here again - they have been so great, I've felt welcome, and as a constant business traveler that isn't always the case. And I love the room.

Their hospitality and attentiveness were truly remarkable, and they made our stay all the more enjoyable. Massresha, in particular, was a standout member of the hotel staff. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was always available to answer any questions we had and offered helpful recommendations for things to do and see in the local area. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The daily housekeeping service was exceptional, and we were always impressed by the attention to detail shown by the staff. Overall, our stay at The Residence was truly unforgettable, and that's all thanks to Massresha and his colleagues. We appreciate all their hard work and dedication to making our stay a memorable one. We look forward to returning to this hotel in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.

It had a few cleanliness issues, staff were kind

I liked everything! The hotel is teamed with excellent people who really know deep in their hearts what a customer service is all about! I mean all of them, starting from the top management all the way down to the roomservice crew!!!
