He was always available to answer any questions we had and offered helpful recommendations for things to do and see in the local area. Fist time in the Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome. Registration was fast and easy, no queues with plenty of staff to help. In fact all staff were approachable and very willing to assist. Room was adequate, clean and well serviced daily. I will be staying again in the same hotel. Highly recommended.
