The location is great , very close to the airport! But the restaurant food is expensive but not tasty, I ordered the pizza but too salty and hard. The hotel provides the bus service to the airport every hour, you have to go down on time sharp.

Yemekler normal, sadece 1 gece kaldım ve kahvaltı tüketebildim. Ancak sonuçta Best Western kalitesi..

這酒店的設施非常老舊，吹風機壞了修不好，也不給換新的，如果不是已經網上訂好了，真的想換一家酒店，不值得這個價格，不推薦

Fue mi primera visita a Ghana y mis clientes hicieron la reserva por mi, la verdad que desde el primer día me sentí muy cómodo desde la recepción me quedé encantado ya que todo el equipo fue muy amable, el personal de limpieza, el restaurante en fin una gran experiencia, agradezco muchísimo a la señorita BLANCHETE ya que estuvo muy pendiente de mis solicitudes especialmente porque mi inglés no es muy bueno ella hizo lo posible por entenderme y solucionar mis necesidades, de verdad gracias a todo el equipo del Hotel.

Hotel property is okay but 1. Break fast they don't have inventory/food qty as per the guest quantity. So by 8:00 AM most of the stuff you are expecting will get finished. 2. Hotel cleaning staff doesn't keep basic stuff like Towels, soap etc. This shows no one is managing the staffs and looking for customer satisfaction. Therefore not happy with the overall service

Great rooms with quiet ambience. Food was excellent too. Housekeeping and restaurant were exceptional as well. The pianist in the lobby was great! Issues with water took a bit of time to fix, but in the end, it was fine. Will give an 80% rating

We stayed from 28th Dec-4th Jan. What an amazing stay from start to finish. Customer service was great, Reception staff friendly and helpful. Hotel shuttle great. Room massive and clean. Resturant / Room service great. Food from Zara resturant was amazing. Laundry service quick. Breakfast lovely and dining staff were lovely. Pool area lovely - could have done with a little clean but it was good enough. I used the salon to braid my hair, the lady was so fast and friendly - a little pricey but I didnt mind paying for the convenience. Honestly I have no complaints. My first trip to Ghana was made 100% better by this hotel which delivered on all bases. Thanks so much will deffo use again !! Highly reccomend to all!!

The Hotel is a lovely place to stay, the rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Spent most of my time in meetings has had very little time to interact with the staff but the little time that I did, it was a very good experience.
