Alojamiento súper confortable. Acceso a la playa a 100 mts y parada de bus que llevan al centro de Palma en 20 minutos. Instalaciones impecables. Piscina con ambiente relajado y ameno. Ofrece desayuno continental abundante y delicioso , todo de primera calidad . Nos alojamos en habitación superior , amplia, con cama king , baño cómodo y balcón con hamaca con vista parcial al mar. Detalles en la habitación para que todo resulte cómodo y agradable. Quiero destacar la muy buena atención de todo el personal pero en particular de Alexandra y Andalucía súper amorosas que siempre estuvieron atentas y dispuestas a evacuar nuestras consultas y ayudarnos a movernos fuera del hotel lo que resultó que nuestra estadía y vacaciones sean súper gratificantes . Recomendado.

Muy buen hotel con deliciosos buffets. Tenía media pensión y la comida era muy rica. El hotel también dispone de una pequeña y bonita zona de piscina. Tampoco está lejos de la playa y de Bierkönig. Entonces la ubicación es genial.

My partner and I have just returned to London after a weeks stay in Hotel Costa Mediterraneo. We had a lovely holiday on a budget. One thing we could not fault was the cleanliness. Wherever you went it smelt of nice clean soap and the bed linen/towels were fresh. Check in was quick, we arrived around 2am and had to pay the usual tourism tax, which being a 2 star hotel, it wasn’t very much at all. It obviously has been recently renovated, yes the further you go up the stairs the older the flooring becomes but come on- who goes on holiday to moan about old floors? I really didn’t mind our room, the bed was big and super comfortable, even a third bed which we used as clothes storage! Freshly painted walls and very clean. The wardrobe was nice and new with 10 hangers and there was a safe too but we did not use. The bathroom was basic but we had no problems with water temperature and enjoyed our daily showers. This hotel gave me Travelodge vibes. So, now the things we think could definitely be improved upon to gain more clientele. I really think as a hotel you need to listen to the reviews about noise and come up with a solution. It was the only thing to be honest that made us slightly unhappy with our stay! We had room 408 which was right next to the elevator and it kept me awake most nights… you could hear it going up and down, people’s conversations, and the lift door being smashed against the walls when people open it. Breakfast was raised to 9 euros during our stay, we tried it once, arriving at 9:15am. What was left of the baguette was not enough for two people and didn’t get replenished but the scrambled eggs and bacon did. I don’t think it was worth 9 euros but it was nice to enjoy the “hotel experience” and the food was nice! We thought there was a drainage problem as every morning when we flushed the loo a smell of rotten eggs filled the bathroom for around 30 mins- 1 hour. And lastly, the TV situation! I asked reception if there was any English channels as we couldn’t find any and they said there was 2 or 3 but alas we couldn’t find anything. The TV itself is super small and placed on the wall far away so if you’re blind like me it’s a little tricky!

Playa de Palma|A 2.07km del centro

A modern hotel, right on the sea front at Playa de Palma. Very clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff. Reasonable bar prices. Great roof top area with sun beds, pool, and comfy shaded areas. Sky Bar not open during our stay, but will be an asset when it is. Great views of Palma Bay and the mountains. Good for plane spotting on Flightradar24. Restaurant has plenty of different sized tables; food very good and lots of choice and variety. Bus stop nearby for Palma city or Arenal - 2 euros each way. Will definitely go again.
