What is most important to me when I go to a hotel, is the experience. Rok Hotel Kingston went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best experience possible. Some of the team that contributed to making my stay most enjoyable, Monife - Front Office Agent, Keenan the Head Chef, who went above and beyond to making sure that my Father and I had the best possible lunch experience. Stacy Ann - Dining Room Server, smiled, served and made sure that we enjoyed our meal, Nickesha - Front Office Manager reached out to make sure that ALL was ok, Shantol was our bartender who surprised us with delicious and flavorful beverages. Rarely do you experience so many employees in one place making sure that you are having the best time, and I highly recommend this hotel for your getaway needs. BRAVO Rok Hilton staff!! Well done.

VERY uncomfortable bed!!!We anticipated a king-size bed only to be given two single beds joined together with a huge gap between the two. Stayed for one night but they charged our debit cards THREE times !!! We are still trying to get our money back . If you MUST stay here I recommend that you pay cash. I wouldn't want you guys to go through the hell we are going through now in an attempt to get back our money !!! Poor customer service and I totally detest the nonchalant attitude of the concierge supervisor!

En un hotel de Kingston (venía para celebrar la Independence) y me enamoré de él. El hotel está muy bien raffinado y el exterior es maravilloso, así que sólo se añade a la clase. Ellos sonrieron y se reían de mis bromas (benditos) y se lo manejaron con gracia. El desayuno de la mañana fue probablemente uno de los mejores que he tenido en un hotel jamaicano. El hotel está muy cerca de Kingston y nuestra habitación está muy limpia. El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy bien situado.
